Had Auto insurance with this company since 2015, but decided to cancel due to miscommunication and service for my December 2023 renewal.It used to be very simple with Sabina, paid in full for a ONE year policy, approx. same price every year. But this year, I called to make a payment and requested to pay for the year in full again. Price quoted was around the same that I had paid previously for ONE year, but when i received my insurance card, it was only for 6-months. I called back an couple hours later asking for an explanation. I was told 1-year policies were no longer possible. So I asked why I paid a 1-year price for 6-months... I was told insurance rates had increased nearly 45% and that I would not find cheaper anywhere else. (Btw... I made a few calls and found cheaper instantly for about $260 cheaper for the same coverage) I asked to cancel it and to issue a refund. I was told a refund could not be issued unless I purchased insurance through another provider and provided proof to EZ that I had another policy active in order for them to cancel. I argued that this made no sense. Being uninsured would be my problem, my risk, and that a refund should be not based on this.After a couple hours, they stated a refund would be issued. EZ would issue a refund for their fees instantly, but the insurance provider's half would take 7-10 days.A week later, I did received the refund from EZ side, but not the insurance carriers. I called EZ to follow up, and I was told it would take another 3 weeks to process.Terrible waste of time with this Cat n Mouse game... Staff and management were professional.. but the sales pitch and stalling tactics are extremely inconvenient and a waste of my time.

Manager was extremely rude. Kept talking over me while I was trying to explain my situation and provided information that was not accurate.

I have been with this insurance agency for over 5 years. Countless mistakes but manny always fixed it. To be threatened and mistreated by the new owner Ross in 100% unacceptable. I will see you in court Mr. Ross.you have mistreated the wrong loyal customer and know that I will be taking all my referrals with me.

I bought my third car and thought its time to change my policy from my old insurance company since it was getting very expensive. I spoke to Mr. Hooman,He was very helpful, he actually would put in time to explain everything to me and made sure im aware of everything . Definitely call them and ask for him, he will help you in the best way he can.I'm so happy with my insurance and i was actually able to get my rate in less than 10 minutes.He is a great, helpful person ??
