Lack of customer service and communication. Their team did not deliver package and asked me to go pick up by Wednesday, and when I arrived they mentioned I should have been there until 4pm! Which never been mentioned during their call.Package been returned and they take no responsibility for it.

Staff not very friendly. They also don't accept certain things like cable/satellite equipment return. Harbor Blvd location is much better.

In the mornings, there are 2 women here who are extraordinarily difficult to work with. One is a average height white woman with brown hair and the other is a short African American woman with now purple hair - was black hair. Seems like these ladies are bent on being difficult with very regular customers who do work for major tech companies. I will not go into the details, but I think they need an attitude adjustment or re-assignment where they form better relationships with the regulars who come to pick up parts to service customers.

Driver keeps leaving "missed you" notice even though our business was open. It is ridiculous that only FedEx drivers have this problem and not UPS/Amazon for the past 4 years. Oh and sometimes, they don't even leave any note. Just declare business was closed and avoid the delivery all together. Why pretend?

If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars I would. This place is just a boat load of crap. The employees that work in this location don't have any two cents what so ever. They have "attempted" to deliver my packaged for 2 days now and still no package in sight. Saying that they couldn't deliver, that the business was close or no one was home. When I've been home all day for both days. Lying sack of shits. Called to make a complaint and the representative was also rude and no help. Just as d*** as the rest of them.

I will never use fedex again. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. My dad rushed delivered Leis and flowers from Hawaii because I am getting married today Monday June 5, 2023. First, fedex "tried" delivering the flowers on Saturday June 3, 2023 around 9am, but they couldn't get in our gate. The main gate to our complex is open during the day so they probably tried the wrong gate. They also didn't attempt to go through the directory to have me buzz them in. No other delivery services ever have issues getting in our gate. Second, they brought the package to a facility that is closed on Sundays so I couldn't pick it up or contact the facility to get my package the day after. We planned to leave to get married on Sunday night. Third, I spent hours on Sunday with support making sure someone else could pick up the package at the facility when they open and drive it hours to us for our wedding on Monday. They assured me we could get our package as soon as the location opened. Fourth, on the day of the wedding, we attempted to get our package at the facility when they opened. The worker at this location said the package was in process still and will go out for delivery later. We told her it's for a wedding today and need it now. There was nothing she could do and said she has to follow her wonky fedex system. Thanks for stressing me out on my wedding day, and not delivering the flowers I need. This should have been easy. Now I have no flowers for my wedding and I am writing this review. This is why AI will take over these jobs. Why not act like a human instead of a robot. It's for a wedding today, try harder to help us when the company you work for already screwed us multiple times! She was also rude and not understanding of our situation.

This is supposed to be a highly efficient shipping center and the only one in the area who handles dry ice. Go in there to ship a package and the manager says they aren't required to provide me with the label they require to ship dry ice... how is this possible? So he's telling me they're requiring me to go online and order dry ice shipping labels bc they are 'out' even though I'm standing there right in that moment with a package that needs to be overnighted bc it's on dry ice. Makes sense. Have had a lot of bad experiences with fedex. Get it together. Use another shipper..

Update from someone who has lived in this city for more than 30 years. They still can't deliver a package. My apartments mailbox is right next to the leasing office where my apartment complexes employees have been stationed all day. The driver has said they've made 5 attempts. All 5 days my managers have said they have seen nothing. Their office is all glass and they can see the parking lot. Meaning the driver for Westminster has made ZERO attempts to deliver my package. If you own a small business DO NOT USE FEDEX.Especially in Westminster. Their customer service line is also useless as they don't do anything to help you.
