I have a quality issue with the rear seat belt, it doesn't retract. But I have been waiting for half a year and they never informed me the ETA . I called them and the time they told me was also inaccurate. They are very indifferent to repairs under customer warranty, which I can understand. Warranty work doesn't make money, but that's no reason to be passive. Even changing the engine oil can waste a week even if i have already made an appointment, but we know clearly that a skilled worker can complete the job in only half an hour. They obviously spend more time doing paperwork than working, and Ferraris are indeed expensive, but does that justify inefficiency and laziness and arrogance?

I have been a Ferrari of OC/Newport Beach customer since 2004. I have always had my cars serviced at this dealer. The service has always been impeccable, timely, and at a fair price. More recently, my 2018 Lusso had a very unusual "out of warranty" problem that was incredibly expensive. The Service Director, Darko Despotovic, went to Ferrari on my behalf and we arrived at a fair solution for me, Ferrari and Ferrari of OC/NB. At all times there was great communication, total transparency and a sense of understanding my position. You can't ask for more and they will have my loyalty as long as I own Ferraris....i.e. forever!

The Ferrari service center is incredible, especially Steve Cervantes. He is always responsive, communicative, and ensures every detail is taken care of. I had an issue and Steve took care of it w/out hesitation and corrected it immediately. Can’t say enough great things about Steve and the Service Center.

WONDERFUL service! Service was perfect and timely. Made me feel like a valued guest and member of the family when taking care of my car. Didn't just go through numbers but actually had a conversation that showed they cared about me and my car.

I have the pleasure to share a very positive and impeccable service experience with JJ GRUBER, Service Advisor at Ferrari & Maserati of Newport Beach Service Center in Costa Mesa when I took my Ghibli for the Annual Maintenance service. JJ has been in full control of his responses of substance to my questions and he kept me updated during the annual service processs and other issues that needed to be addressed. JJ Gruber responded to my text messages promptly, now days is difficult to find efficiency at his level of performance. JJ always gathered all facts then provided a quote and details of time involved in it. Someone of this caliber inspires credibility/integrity, which is an essential in my book. I highly recommend this establishment, I have always had good experience, but today's exceeded my expectations. Next time that I need to take my car in, I definitely, request JJ Gruber for his assistance. Great Service Advisor projecting a positive image for his employer. Thank you very much JJ. Jane M

I brought my Ghibli to Ferrari & Maserati of Newport Beach with what seemed to be a mechanical problem that was causing the car to not respond properly when I attempted to ease off the gas pedal. JJ, the Service Advisor was amazing! He took my call after hours and got the car in for servicing the next morning. I was provided a brand new Mercedes Benz as a rental car which the dealership paid for. The technician was able to trouble shoot the issue and I got my car back quickly. I highly recommend JJ and the dealership for their amazing customer service.

I just wanted to thank everyone at the Ferrari Maserati service center. Exceptional service and professionalism beyond anyone or anything out there. From the moment you call for your service appointment to the end of the process they take fabulous care of you and your vehicle. You will be amazed at there friendly attitude. They treat everyone like family. I was given a loaner car for a day. It was a brand new Alpha Romeo. I'm a Ferrari Maserati guy but it was a excellent loaner. Picked my vehicle up payed under the estimate they gave me. Washed and detailed the whole thing. Looked like I just bought it. And the service. The performance of my service was noticeable the second I started it and drove off. Beautiful job guys. And if your lucky enough to have Frank as your service representative. He will keep you updated throughout the whole process. His knowledge of all the vehicles and there needs is simply amazing. I really can't say enough good things about this service center. This is a fast fantastic facility they took care of everything on my Ferrari and even found a few things that I was not aware of took care of them and barely any additional cost and while replacing the clutch they noticed the fly wheel had some nicks I suggested for them to replace the fly wheel but they said they can buff it out so that shows that they're there truly for you and your car and not working just for money this is a very family oriented establishment and I love the work that they did highly recommend this facility much more than the Ferrari dealership which were not as respectful and requested greater prices for the same procedures.

I brought my 2001 Modena 360 Spyder in for service to the convertible top. The straps were needing to be replaced and I had a seam coming loose. The top wouldn't open or close without manual help. Now the top opens and closes perfectly. That did a great job at a reasonable price.
