+ Excellent. You didn't excessively charge me in the hundreds of dollars (like other auto shops do). Greatly appreciated.
+ Friendly, helpful, attentive staff.
+ Did everything I asked.
+ No fuss.
- The front parking lot is small.
- I just wish routine auto services didn't take 3hr. Oh well~
- Not the shop's fault, but just a note: the restaurants within walking distance of this auto shop open late morning. If you have an early appt here, the only breakfast place I found was Breakfast Republic. Something to keep in mind.

Jorge is amazing and the best !!! Got a flat heading to airport in a time limit and he got us in and out in less than 30 minutes with no appointment and fixed everything !!! He and the crew were and are amazing !!!!

The men here were very courteous and kind.
They understood the urgency of my situation I was in with a sudden slashed tire and two of my three kids in the car. It had been a really long day dealing with unkind people and it was such a relief to be greeted in my time of need with such helpful gentlemen.
I'm sorry I can't remember your names because it was a long day but thank you to those who helped us!

Disappointing Experience at Firestone on 17th: Lack of Communication and Unhelpful Service
My recent experience at Firestone on 17th was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Not only did they fail to communicate a crucial requirement beforehand, but their service was unhelpful and dismissive.
Firstly, I was astonished to find out upon arrival that I needed my Tesla card, despite my phone serving as a key. It's baffling that in this day and age, a company like Firestone would not clarify such a fundamental requirement beforehand, especially considering that many Tesla owners rely solely on their phones to operate their vehicles. As a result, I wasted valuable time driving back home to retrieve the key, only to be met with further incompetence.
Upon returning with the key, I was abruptly informed that they couldn't service my car because it was "too low". This information could have easily been conveyed to me while I was there the first time, saving me the unnecessary hassle of returning. It's absurd that they would allow me to go through the trouble of bringing the key back, only to turn me away without even touching the car.
In total, I wasted over an hour driving back and forth to Firestone on 17th, only to receive subpar service and zero assistance. This lack of communication and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise against anyone seeking automotive services to consider alternatives to this establishment.
Overall, my experience at Firestone on 17th was incredibly disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone.

Stopped in for help with my license plate, it was falling off. Gio , one of the mechanics was so helpful, and figured out how to fix it. He then said" let me check the air in your tires" which was above and beyond. I have had great experience at this location with multiple vehicles. Shout out to Gio today!!

Amazing service. Jorge and his staff were wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining and showing me what needed to be done. They made the experience great. They were also kind, upbeat and super positive people. I will 100% come back in the future if I ever need anything else checked out with my car. I highly recommend Firestone Auto...Thanks again.
