very bad experience. the cook and cashier with a very bad attitude and an annoyed face. halfway through the meal I was told that I had 5 minutes. to finish because they already wanted to leave. In addition, when I left I was sitting and I realized that in 10 they closed their kitchen, which makes me think that they don't throw away what is left over from the day and they don't even wash dishes. I work in a restaurant and I know the process to close the kitchen!

Absolutely horrible service behind the counter. The guy taking my order internationally gets it wrong, I have to check it before I leave. I have no clue what I did to insult the guy.

Go somewhere else lol. I think it's hilarious the g*y guy at the front kept my receipt, looked me up on Instagram and Twitter and tried hitting me on me. Then, not replying, I come back and he's trying to charge me extra per sauce ?? They don't charge for magic / hot sauce anywhere else lol and he tried charging me a dollar for 2 extra sauces. And anyone else gives them to me for free, dudes a weirdo. Zero customer service from flame broiler too, def go somewhere else.

This is my go-to fast food on super busy days. I like the 1/2 and 1/2 with white rice. I've also tried the veggie one and the white meat chicken one. They're all good. Have you ever Order something so simple and when you picked it up it was completely the wrong thing? I can blame myself for not checking my order while I was there, but I was sort of kind of in a hurry.. My question is do the employees who answer the phone here at Flame Broiler really Listen or are they just to overwhelmed by the amount of business that's coming through the doors? Not sure but I spoke to the lady who answered the phone and had to repeat myself multiple times and my order was super duper simple. I said three mixed chicken and beef bowls no veggies with white rice. Didn't think that was to hard to understand. But she repeated my order and said, Yeah Ok, three chicken bowls brown rice. I said no, three mixed chicken and beef no veggies white rice. And she said it again. I had to ask her if she was listening to me and she responded yes. I asked her to repeat my order and she said three chicken bowls with steak and white rice.. I get there and pay for my meal take it to work sit down, and what do I find? Chicken brown rice and veggies..I called this evening to ask for the manager and the lady who answered said huh? The manager is not here, I asked when will she be in? She said I don't know try in the morning. I said here's my number and the lady either could not understand what I was saying or she was not entirely equipped to be answering phones at this establishment because it took her 5 different tries and 3 minutes to get it right.. come in Flame Broiler you couldn't hire someone who can at least understand English or Numbers for that matter.. wow.. very disappointed with what use to be my favorite quick bite to eat.. definitely dropped down on my list of good places to grub.. sorry but had to write this I was sooooo mad.. so here is your review flame broiler get it right next time.. we will see if the manager calls me tomorrow..

i Corrected her 3 times i wanted AngusGroundBeef! Paid extra and still got Chicken! Very dissatisfied.No communication skills.The food is good and, price is ok.

Today we ordered 31 bowls for our company lunch. At pick up, I was given a large box with our bowls, 1 bag that had 3 bowls, and 3 other little bags with sauces and green onions. After picking up the order , we discovered that we were missing 4 bowls. I called and they said that I could come back and get the 4 missing bowls. Already annoyed at this point for the inconvenience. Upon pick up the girl tries to charge me for the 4 bowls that I already paid for with the original order. I had to re-explain that out order was MISSING 4 bowls. Then, who i presume is the manager, comes over to yell at me stating that she counted the bowls twice and there were 31 bowls. Why would you accuse me of trying to scam you for 4 bowls when i just paid over $300 for my order?!The box you gave me can only fit 24 bowls max (see picture attached) . Maybe you did make 31 bowls and accidentally gave 4 bowls to a different customer . Who knows! Horrible customer service .

This place sucks and I'm gonna slap with them with a lawsuit! I Still don't know where my order is bc apparently they don't have it and they've charged me for online ordering! Where's my food or my refund? Haven't even heard back from their customer support. But they have my money. Thieves and You will get served!

just had the worse experience. i payed $54 to doordash 3 bowls and then they forgot to put one bowl in the order. I called and told them we were missing a bowl and the lady was no help. i ended up having to drive from HB to CM to pick up my bowl. the ladies didnt greet me and were rude. i got my bowl and drive all the way back home only to find out that they had made my bowl completely wrong! needless to say I will NEVER eat here agIan. they need to get some polite and competent workers in that restaurant

Man this is messed. Just ate there after the gym. Felt something was off. Ugh. Still ate half. Now have food poisoning. This is not right. Flame broiler must get their quality control up. Not cool. And a brown rice meat w/ veggie bowl is almost $11 too. Cmon!!

Food was ok. They don't allow their customers to use the bathroom which btw it functions just fine, the server was coming out of the bath when we walked in. Is that even allowed? Anyway couldn't wash my hands, ended up leaving w my food. Next time I ll go to the other spots on the plaza.
