I have always order from 1800 flowers and it was a hit or miss on sizes of the arrangement or flowers were dying etc. I found this place and spoke with Kathy, she was extremely nice and friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted regards in style of a birthday arrangement for my girlfriend. I basically let Kathy work her magic and she made a beautiful unique birthday arrangement! My girlfriend loved it! I definitely will use Merci bouquet from now on for any occasion and would highly recommend!”

“I wanted to get some flowers for my grandmother-in-law's birthday so I stoped by Flowers De Monet. I decided to risk it and just walk in without calling in an order in advance and was delighted to find an arrangement that was already ready to be purchased that was very reasonably priced. The shop itself is very simple and modest, I was expecting a super lavish and extravagant store just based off of the name of the shop but was a little surprised to see how simple it was which is fine because they get the job done regardless. The parking lot is a little bit on the smaller side and they share it with a nail salon and dry cleaners.”

“I popped in to buy some flowers for my friend who was cutting my hair and this was this past wedensday! Bought a pretty bunch of roses at a imo great price! 2 ladies in there super fun and very helpful. Had a great interaction which is important to me! My friend loved the flowers and they took the time to wrap them nicely and put a bow. I told them I'd remember their names but nope totally forgot .. ill poke my head in an find out who they are lol. thank you ladies for being cool and helping me out .. see you again for sure!”

“My sister was sent home from the hospital under care of Hospice. I called Sweet Bloom (I live in Texas) late in the afternoon, hoping to get flowers delivered the next day. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person who answered the phone. Not only was she super sympathetic, she said she would get the flowers delivered that afternoon. My sister was only semi-responsive by the next day and passed away just a few days later. Thank you for bringing a little joy into her last hours. Also stayed within my budget! Great customer service!”
