Bought a pretty bunch of roses at a imo great price! 2 ladies in there super fun and very helpful. Had a great interaction which is important to me! My friend loved the flowers and they took the time to wrap them nicely and put a bow. I told them I'd remember their names but nope totally forgot .. ill poke my head in an find out who they are lol. thank you ladies for being cool and helping me out .. see you again for sure!”

“My sister was sent home from the hospital under care of Hospice. I called Sweet Bloom (I live in Texas) late in the afternoon, hoping to get flowers delivered the next day. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person who answered the phone. Not only was she super sympathetic, she said she would get the flowers delivered that afternoon. My sister was only semi-responsive by the next day and passed away just a few days later. Thank you for bringing a little joy into her last hours. Also stayed within my budget! Great customer service!”
