“My sister was sent home from the hospital under care of Hospice. I called Sweet Bloom (I live in Texas) late in the afternoon, hoping to get flowers delivered the next day. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the person who answered the phone. Not only was she super sympathetic, she said she would get the flowers delivered that afternoon. My sister was only semi-responsive by the next day and passed away just a few days later. Thank you for bringing a little joy into her last hours. Also stayed within my budget! Great customer service!”
