Do not purchase from this franchise. They do not refund.l your money when merchandise has been returned. I've been waiting for a refund over a month. I continue to go back and forth with customer service and they have not been helpful. Tried many ways to communicate and still no resolution. The worst company to purchase from.

I went there to engrave my fossil watch that I bought online. The staff was really supportive and kind. The staff was very patient when we took a lot of time to decide what and how the engraving should look like!

Last week I was at South Coast Plaza and went to the Fossil store to get the name embossed as I bought a credit card case holder online and met a lovely gal Nicole (I hope I spelled it correctly) she was very gracious with excellent manners, I saw some more card cases and she convinced me that it's a good deal and I bought two more online for giving as a gift while I was there she showed me a few watches and you guessed it right I bought one so far so good. I received an email after a couple of days my cardholder is on its way but only one piece after a day another email came, your order is canceled, I emailed that I didn't cancel the order but no reply I decided to go to the store now in my previous visit I met sales gals and the manager of the store decent gentleman and I named James Bond as he was a really attentive bloke, but this time none of the people I met was there and this gal who asked me what she can do I told her my dilemma and that's where things took a downturn she kept on arguing with me about the cancellation of the order later I understood in there language cancellation means they have ran out of the inventory, they could have sent a simple email that they have run out of the inventory for this particular case and I can have something different but their stubbornness and poor English email made them lose a decent customer, all the good work done by the sales has gone waste because I ain't buying anything in future for such an attitude by the gal at the store and an email from the corporate office so poorly worded no order was canceled but the company ran out of the inventory and they didn't even give a second choice. Unbelievable!

Great store, friendly representatives and A+ customer service. I ordered a watch online and came here to get some links removed. In total it took around 20 min, and that was with a busy store. Will definitely be coming back!!

I didn't realize that I love the quality and the look of the fossil totes. I walked by the store and saw the suede purses so I stopped. I was in there for a good solid hour, and the staff was so friendly. They answered all of my questions when I compared their purses to other brands, and even suggested that I go to the other stores to look at their brand to compare the material. The material, the leather, is so soft and good quality that I couldn't help purchase three totes, two watches, and to cross body bags. Kudos to the staff for making the shopping process easy.

I came in for a watch for an anniversary gift and was immediately helped by Liam. He was so kind and answered all of my questions about the engraving service and different types of watches. The watch itself was beautiful, very well made, and was the perfect gift! Overall a very pleasant experience and definitely made me want to come back!

My family and I recently went to this Fossil store in the South Coast Plaza. The person assisting us, Christine, went above and beyond. Great experience from the whole staff; definitely would go again.

So after speaking to an employee at the Brea location, they actually don't open until 12 due to being understaffed. I think the least they can do is put a note on their door so people aren't waiting around.

It was easy to get into the store. But the staff didn't seem too happy to see me. I don't know if they wanted to go on break or whatever. Or it could have just been an off day..
