I came to FRESH yesterday to get a perfume that was out of stock online, I have no complains or concerns about the perfume that I bought, it was very nice, and it wasn’t the first time I buy from Fresh. But what made me uncomfortable was the salesgirl, her attitude was not fine, she just answered yes or no to me and did not explain anything else, she put my perfume in a brown paper bag, which is not how it was packed the last time I bought from Fresh. I also asked her can I customize my gift or do you guys wrap gifts, and she said “no” (and I know that fresh does complimentary gifting/gift wrapping).

Let's start off with the bitchy, shitty attitude that was served to me and my friend by the older Asian lady with glasses. When I asked her if I could exchange the items, she told me to go pick something out without offering the value of the items. I had to ask how much the soaps were. She responded very putout as if I was supposed to know. She priced them at $10.50 each. The entire time she and her other two associates just stood around talking instead of helping. My friend found out that the soaps were actually $15 each and when we inquired about the price difference- the other female associate said that the price given is the lowest price because there was a sale within the last 60days. What bothered us the most was how unprofessional these associates were and I would have spent more money but settled on paying only $15 difference which could've have been way more had they'd been nicer. I do not recommend anyone go to the stand alone store. If you really want the product- go to either Nordstrom or Sephora. You'll get better customer service for the same exact products.

Went in today for last minute Christmas gifts and found some great stuff. We were helped by Chester who was amazing and super helpful. He was very patient even when an awful monster of a customer was treating him so terribly but he handled it very professionally. Be nice to people! Especially during the holidays when it's so busy, It's not that hard. Anyway thank you again Chester for all your help!

I had a wonderful experience in Fresh at Costa Mesa. I needed gifts for my daughter's teachers because of pre school graduation. Chester helped me from choosing items to gift wrappings. It was excellent and exceptional service. I usually don't leave reviews but yesterday I was very impressed by his service, professionalism, and kindness. I even made yelp ID for this review. He knows how to help people, making me very comfortable and pleased. If you go to Fresh, look for Chester. He will help you and I hope he would work there for a long time. I definately visit again.

I have been buying Fresh day and night creams online, but was thrilled today to discover there is a store in South Coast Plaza! THis way I could try out some of their other products. A terrific guy helped me find what I needed so I asked his name. Chester! It was so great to be back in stores again, and Chester made my day with his good cheer. I swear by their Black Tea Night Mask and buy it for friends for their birthdays. Everyone loves how rich the cream is without feeling heavy or oily and it smells wonderful! I highly recommend Fresh and if you are South Coast Plaza- the store is by the carousel.

I just wanted to congratulate Fresh team. I bought a cream and forgot it in a restaurant inside south coast plaza. Long story short I live in San Diego and couldn’t go back to pick it up. So they went to pick up the cream to the restaurant and shipped it to me. Two days after I received my forgotten cream in this lovely package. Thank you thank you!!

We have been fresh customers for ages. Really. A very VERY long time. We used to go to the SCP location - but felt like newer staff were offended we came in. Others have been short and seemingly annoyed by us shopping- to the point - while giving gwp to customers with much smaller orders and then telling us there is no more,.. We felt as if staff thought we were not intelligent enough about Fresh or the very products we have purchased before. It's weird but we actually thought we would try the shop again - only we were made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome again. We actually had stopped shopping at the stores and ordered directly from Fresh or at Sephora I read the other reviews and I am happy so many have a good experience. We used to too. Really. We have been Fresh customers so long we were Soap customers 1st. I've been a SCP shopper since BEFORE some of these sales staff were even BORN,.... HAHA!

I LOVE fresh but I normally purchase from Sephora. After months, I finally visited SCP and decided to check them out. Meishan helped me and she was absolutely the sweetest. She was able to help me find some products to try and offered me a new member rewards discount. She also gave me lots of awesome samples that I can't wait to try. Love that they offer free gift wrapping and you're also able to customize your gift boxes! Will be coming back

I was introduced to Fresh via their iconic lip balm, which has saved my dry, chapped lips for all seasons. During this holiday season, a few friends hinted they wanted to give me something and I thought the lip balms would make for excellent gifts. This location is on the first floor of the main building of South Coast Plaza, near the carousel and next to Sugarfina. (Tory Burch is across from it.) It carries everything from lip care to skincare from Fresh. Plenty of options for parking from surface lots to structures. During the pandemic, they are allowing only a party inside at a time, due to the small footprint of the shop. All staff members are wearing masks and they have hand sanitizer for you to use before entering. No touching is permitted in the shop - you need to ask a clerk to grab product for you. The gals were friendly and helpful when I needed advice and I showed them pictures of my friends to give them an idea of ideal colors I could gift to my friends. The first time I went, I bought one color for a friend and it was in a brand bag with tissue. However, I had to come back to do a return, as someone else told me on my next visit that they had a buy 3 get the 4th free deal on the lip balms. (They failed to note this in my previous visit, which surprised me since the promotion had been going on for a while.) Luckily, the gal helping me did the return and allowed me to repurchase the lip balm I bought the last trip, so it could count for the promotion. (I had to buy more gifts during that trip, so I was able to qualify for the promotion.) During my second trip, this girl put all of the lip balms in boxes with ribbon and tissue, while providing small gift bags that would hold the boxes. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that she allowed me to take advantage of the promotion.

I can't say enough about their customer service! It is simply pleasant! I have an online ordering issue with Fresh where you just can't get anyone live to help you. I called this store and talked to Nichol and she was being very helpful and sweet. I wish I knew I could call them and place an order with them instead of going Fresh online. They honor all online promotions and offer great customer services, better choice.
