The services offered at the GLO Nail Bar are luxurious, personalized, and high quality. I loved the variety of pedicure options that were unique and made me feel pampered. The staff is friendly and helpful while providing top-tier customer service. Jenny and Cami provided a fun and high end pedicure and manicure. My overall experience was amazing and I would recommend. The prices are worth it for the products used, luxurious results and relaxing experience. I hope to visit again in the future!Services: Foot massages

I got my gel x with Nina. She is the best. She did techniques I haven't seen before to make sure they last long and look perfect. She is amazing. Also the salon was very big and clean, I highly recommend!!

Haven't had a manicure in years. Went here for a company sponsored female managers appreciation event. Got a regular acrylic manicure done by Emily (aka Oanh). She did an excellent job. She gave me exactly what I wanted and she's super pleasant and sweet. Amy the receptionist was very nice and accommodating and served me hot green tea. She even added hot water when my tea needed a refill. The establishment is clean with cool decor. Great vibe and everyone was very nice. I would go back to get my manicure done by Emily again. Thanks Emily!!!

Great experience here this morning. Jasmine did my gel manicure and it was all around enjoyable. She was friendly and fun to talk to as well as did an excellent job with my gel manicure. My next manicure will be with Jasmine at GLO.

Don’t waste your money and damage your nails. I had three bad experiences with them. All my nails are badly damaged and broken. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

Since they closed the Villa Park location, I started coming to this location and the service is always lovely. Moon did a great job on my Gel X today so wanted to say thank you for my sparkly ombré!

I have been coming to Glo for years, and I am never disappointed. The owner Tracy has created such a top notch environment that is unmatched by other nail salons. All the girls are friendly, professional, and excellent at their job. On top of all that the salon is extremely clean, and has upheld the same standards since Tracy opened the business years ago.

Update: Appreciate the refund, Tracy! That is excellent customer service! This used to be my go-to nail place after a salon in Dana Point made me wait 45 minutes to finally get a pedicure, (when I had an appointment.) So I loved coming here because I felt like the staff was very attentive. Tonight, my Mom waited 38 minutes for someone to finally come over to give her a pedicure. Myself and my friend were immediately attended to but no one came for my mom. I didn't appreciate that no one checked in either when we were almost done with our nails. When I explained this to the front desk manager she apologized but didn't offer any accommodations relating to the situation. This is unprofessional and unacceptable from an upscale salon like this. No one should have to wait 38 minutes to get a "Mini Pedicure." I will no longer come to this salon which is unfortunate because I really liked it.

I'm pretty disappointed with my recent visit. I have always been a fan of Glo nail bar. I now live in LA, but when I visit Orange County- I love stopping here to get my nails done. The person who was doing my pedicure wasn't pleasant and was saying rude comments through out my visit. The person doing my gel manicure was super nice but unfortunately it seemed like she had never done a gel manicure before. I would have requested someone to re-do my manicure, but I had a wedding to be at and didn't have the time. So I spent $100 dollars for a terrible manicure and unpleasant pedicure. Due to this poor experience, I won't be coming back when I visit Orange County. Where I spend my money is important to me and I want to feel respected and have feel confident that I will be happy with my service.

PROS: Bougee, chic, elegant decor and an overall luxury nail experience. Unlike most nail salons, nail artists are well-spoken and friendly. CONS: First impression by the front desk is far from a luxury experience. Specifically, Tina at the CDM location is unfriendly and the best way to describe her demeanor is blatantly RUDE. When you go to an upscale establishment, you expect to be treated like a queen and to feel amazing when you leave.. my personal experience is I feel like I have to detox from her negative energy and it puts me in a bad mood having to interact with such a low-class human being. MANAGEMENT: One word. UNPROFESSIONAL. After 6 months of being a loyal client, I had a HORRIBLE experience with my last gelx application at the Costa Mesa location by Nina, my nails were not only visibly atrocious but they started lifting within a week (this is where the fake nail detaches from the nail bed and pulls on the natural nails, which creates alot of pain). I spoke with the manager, Haley multiple times and requested a call-back directly from the owner Tracy, not only was she unresponsive but the only solution they provided was a 50% discount on my next service vs fixing my damaged set. The only reason why I returned one last time was to give their management team an opportunity to regain my trust/confidence as a client and to address the damage Nina did to my nails, I have attached pictures after the removal of the gelx and to show the painful bruises on my natural nails. I am in DISBELIEF that after raising this issue with Tracy and Haley that NO ONE personally came over to speak with me to resolve the issues. CONCLUSION: When you go to a place like this, you would expect quality customer service.. ESPECIALLY when there are any issues, you would expect a luxury 360 experience through and through. After all, it's happy clients that turn into loyal clientele.. GLO Nail Bar has lost me as a client and I will continue to spread the word with my network. I am beyond DISAPPOINTED and based on principle alone, I refuse to financially support a business that doesn't deserve it.

I just left this salon in tears. They confirmed an appointment online w me, I showed them the confirmation. They acted like I did not have the appt at that time. Then they took me 15mins late and made me feel like they were doing me a favor. The same manicurist I had 2 weeks ago was so rude and angry. She said she was having a bad day. I asked her not to take it out on me. Terrible customer service, rude and overworked manicurists. They charge a fortune for ruining your day and not worth the negative energy that comes from that place. It is my birthday on top of everything else. No one ever called me back when I called in tears to complain.

Great service and everyone was so sweet! I love how classy and relaxing the vibe is. My manicurist was very accommodating and kept checking in to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. My nails turned out even better than the original idea I had.

UPDATE: Had to change my initial rating due to the gel already peeling and lifting 4 days into my $92 manicure with no response from the owner when asking for a partial refund. This lack of unaccountability is unacceptable. Nina was my nail tech. She was great! Meticulous and thorough. I showed her a picture of nail art I wanted, but she didn't quite have the products to match what I asked for, so we agreed to something sort of similar. From that alone, I can tell nail art only goes so far here. With a 20% tip, my gel manicure cost $92. The breakdown is as follows: $50 gel manicure +$5 to remove original gel, +$12 Presto gel upgrade, +$10 for nail art on 4 nails only. I was aware of all the upgrade charges up front except the $10 nail art which I was shocked by. It seemed unreasonable for the work I received.

The nail bar alone is beautiful. Very clean. I can see why customers are alluded as was I. I've had my nails done for over a decade as in acrylic nails. When I first got my nails done I was paying $45 at other salons and jumping to $80 at the Glo nail bar. Reason I first paid was- I have been going to someone for 6 years and she moved. I just had a baby and wanted to find someone close! I was so excited to try glo nail bar...my first experience was amazing! So much so doubling my cost. My third time coming back..my nail girl had apparently quit. I tried someone else who was highly recommend, she was "good" but I did not love my nails quality wise. That's when it went down hill....week one..one nail broke...almost to the day week 2 I had THREE NAILS BROKEN. I called explaining "hey I've been getting my nails done for over a decade and three nails broken before 2 week is crazy, is there anything we can do? Plus I'm spending $80!" The front desk assured me it would be covered free of charge come in! I showed up relieved as it was about to be Christmas then my birthday !!! My nail girl fixed my nails and I asked I do could Venmo her to tip her (as I didn't brining my wallet as I was told MY NAILS WOULD BE NO CHARGE) the front desk said sorry it's $15.... I was shocked! $15 seems like nothing but it was the principle: she told me it was be free but apparently after review without me knowing they said it was 2 weeks so policy it's $15. No one called or NOTIFIED me so I looked like an idiot. But on top of that $80 nails shouldn't have 3 nails broken!!! and as she was "fixing" my nail she did the wrong pattern that didn't even match. Heres my final...I GOT MY NAILS FIXED AND I ALREADY HAVE A NEW NAIL BROKEN AND ANOTHER CHIPPING.
