Not bad, not bad. This is a decent goodwill. Parking is a little tight. It's relatively organized and pretty clean. We went over to the men's section, which surprisingly was big. I found a long sleeve plaid skirt for my partner. I made him try it on to make sure it fits right. It looked good. Bought that and he loves it! I bought a long sleeve top for myself to wear. It's comfortable and fit me. Yay!

The young manager there is very unhelpful. I wanted to get a top for my kid that was from the Target kids brand Art Class with a M (7/8) tag on it and it came out to $10 because the Goodwill label was for a Woman's top. I explained to that so-called manager that it was a kids size and you could tell it was small but he said he couldn't do anything since the tag was on it. Very unhelpful to fix their own mistake. And very stubborn.

I wish I got the names of the incredibly sweet ladies working here who helped me and were patient with me when I came in to this shop tonight. They were literally minutes away from closing for the night, and yet they were nothing but kind to me and just so generous with their time and energy. I can't thank you women enough. I found some great things to buy and truly couldn't be happier about my experience at this Goodwill. Can't wait to come back and thank you all in person again. I hope you ladies had a safe trip home!!!

Wouldn't accept an SUV full of donations. I went to another Goodwill shop who was thrilled.

The majority of the women's clothing racks are so packed that you can barely browse. Now, to me this would signal that maybe they need to find a way to turn over their inventory faster. They could try: actual sales (they have a color of the week but they start pulling it from the floor as soon as it goes on sale so god luck finding it), a reward system that isn't awful (you get $5 off after making 15 separate purchases - imagine how much money you spend over 15 separate visits!), coupons if you buy or donate, an overall lowering of prices - I remember one manager, years ago, would do a flash sale where anyone who got in line before a certain time got a discount. Given that they're having a hard time clearing their racks, I was shocked to realize that they quietly raised most of their clothing prices by $2 this week! Girl, I can barely browse your racks and now you want people to pay $15 for a pre-owned dress or jeans? Yes, sometimes they get nice items that are worth paying that price but most of it is stuff like fashion nova, target, and forever 21. People thrift because they like the hunt - but how can they hunt if they can't even comfortably browse through your racks? There's been many times I want to buy a shirt, for example, but I give up because the racks are a packed and tangled mess! People also like getting a good deal - but people already felt this store was overpriced before this price hike so I wonder how they're going to feel about it now... Anyhow, I know they have quotas to meet but they're literally missing out on sales by being a packed disorganized mess and I can't imagine the problem will get any better now that they hiked up the prices about 15-20%

Horrible experience. Everything was a mess and very unorganized, and as I was leaving a lady parked her car right in front of the exit as she was talking to one of the employees and there was no other way to get out. TERRIBLE PLACE DONOT GO.

This Goodwill is great! Things are organized by size, which I prefer over The Salvation Army’s system of organizing by color. The place is a bit small, the racks are bit messy, there’s only one public mirror, and there’s only 2 or 3 dressing rooms. Nevertheless, I was able to get three fashionable items: a S dark navy London Fog all weather suede jacket for $14.99, an XS black Zara oversized drop shoulder jacket for $14.99, and a S black polyester NYCC suit blazer for $12.99. I would return!

Great stuff, a little pricey and no parking. I've gone several times and had to just leave because there was nowhere to park.

I had a really great experience here today! The workers were polite, attentive and professional. They made sure to check the dressing rooms before letting me in and everyone was engaged in stocking or helping customers. This Goodwill had so much stock, which was a great change from other locations I've visited recently. This one also had very fair pricing! The one drawback about this location is that it does have a bit of a problem with homeless people. But that's not the fault of the store. There were two men loitering on the steps in front of the store and I unfortunately had to carefully step around them and their stuff. Inside, a man tried stealing a pair of shoes when I was there and the employee near him was very professional and deescalated the situation. I do wish they would stop this new trend of organizing by size. Half the time, stuff is mixed in anyway so I have to go through it all. It was much easier to do this by color! Also, the new sections don't seem to make much sense. There will be some dresses in one section going from XS-XL, then the XS starts all over again with more dresses. I understand they're trying to organize them by casual/fancy/long sleeve, etc, but it doesn't work when nobody files them correctly. Overall a very clean location with a convenient front drop off for donations.

The place was a little rundown and clothing was everywhere on the ground. Their wasn't too much variety in clothing, especially for the "50% off colored tags."

I'm known in the Goodwill stores because I spend big. Thos store I've been in Probably 3 times. The going rate I've been getting charged per cutlery in the Goodwill stores and Salvation Army Storrs are 25c and as far as I remember it was the same in this store. I asked one of the staff if the cutlery was still 25c, she said yes. Then the manager "Stephanie" insisted the woman didn't know and doesn't decide the price. She then proceeded trying to charge me $1 for the 25c item. Being greedy. I decided only to buy one of them so I could get the address in the recipe to complain to corporate in the morning. I've already left them a message. In all the stores I've been in, getting to know the staff and casheirs "all nice" and know who I am. This Manager at this store was obnoxious. Very rude. No customer service skills. And over charging for everything way more than other stores. Another customer told me the prices were ridiculous she sets, pointing to a teapot for $19.99 that was made of cheap metal. People should stop donating to this store until she is removed. And either donate to the other Goodwill stores that have great management, or just hand away for free. It's got to the point, old people are rarely shopping in certain stores, because of greedy management who obviously is charging way more than the other Goodwills.
