Noe is the best salesman in the store. He communicates with me anytime something is happening new at the store. As soon as I walk in he greets me and knows exactly what to show me. He is patient and thoughtful. He recommended these loafers and I just love them!!

My recent visit to the Gucci store at South Coast Plaza left me feeling deeply disappointed. Last week, my wife and I both purchased shoes from the store, only to discover the next day that both pairs were right-sided. I returned to the store to resolve this issue, where I explained the situation to a sales agent.Unfortunately, the store did not have the correct shoes in stock, so the agent kindly offered to order another pair for me.I appreciated her assistance, and she gave me two options for receiving the replacement shoes: they could be shipped to my home or to the store for pick-up. Given that picking them up in-store was more convenient for me, I chose that option, and the sales agent issued me a receipt. A day later, we received an email notification that the shoes were ready for pick-up.I visited the store to collect the shoes, but when I arrived, a sales agent at the entrance informed me that I couldn't pick them up because they were purchased under my wife's account. I showed her the email receipt, which my wife had forwarded, but the sales agent still needed her manager's input. The manager, in a rather unaccommodating tone, informed me that it was against their policy to release the shoes to me. Frustrated, I inquired if I could cancel the entire transaction, to which she responded with a dismissive "sure, no worries."The tone and attitude of the store's leadership left much to be desired. It seemed as though they took their customers for granted, assuming that they had enough business to disregard any individual concerns. As long-time customers of Gucci and other luxury brands, my wife and I choose to invest in luxury products primarily because of the exceptional service that should come with them. If we were not concerned about the quality of service, we would simply order online.In summary, my experience at the Gucci store was a significant letdown, leaving me with a sense of undervaluation and disappointment. The post-purchase customer service was far from enjoyable. Gucci should remember that its success ultimately hinges on customer satisfaction, and my recent visit did not align with that core principle in any way.

Sergio. Always ask for Sergio. He is hands down the best associate at Gucci.After many purchases he has always come through on finding me the best shoes, jewelry and belts.If they don’t have it in stock, he will have it shipped next day. Tell him Ryan sent you and he will take great care of you.Don’t make the mistake and not ask for him. Thanks for all your help man!

6/27/23 went today had a horrible experience was looking at the belts and a girl worker looked semi young snatched the belt from my hand said it couldn’t be taken off the wall for starters I wasn’t trying to take it off the wall I wanted to see if it was reversible belt iv bought multiple things from there and never ! Had a problem except for today with that rude girl took my money somewhere else at Saint Laurent buying multiple items that money could of stayed at ur store but thanks to your rude service was taken somewhere else do better Gucci

Best store eeeever! Best curbside service as well. Great customer service in store.... they try to help everyone who walks in no matter how busy. Very nice and courteous staff.

I would leave no stars but in order to write this I had no choice but to leave at least 1 star. For a luxury high end store, I’m surprised and disappointed in the lack of customer service in this store. I’ve had to call numerous times about the status of my order. I got no response from the sales advisor or any of the associates from the store. Have received better service at Walmart ! Will not shop here ever again. I don’t write negative reviews for any businesses. This is my first.

Worst customer service ever. Apparently you have to walk in wearing designer all over or something to be helped or else all they do is walk past you like nothing. My partners family and I have been coming for a while now and spend a fair amount of money but aren't the type to want to flaunt it around like others. My partner went in today to get a jewelry present and was ignored multiple times, helped once and then the person disappeared to the back and never came back and when she asked for help from someone else the Asian lady was very rude and didn't want to help. This hasn't been the first time they've taken more than an hour or so to help us out. Their customer service needs to improve by alot and humble themselves to not judge a book by its cover.

I had purchased a classic Gucci shoe online for my wife for the Christmas. After she wore the shoe, she was not comfortable in them, so I took shoe back to the store for refund. They were very professional and friendly with my request and took care of the issue right away. It was a hustle free return. Not like other luxury brand locations where they try to push you into exchanging with something else or giving you a hard time on returns. It was an easy transaction and I would consider future purchases from them.

if i could give zero stars, that's definitely what i !!! a simple return shouldn't turn into a big drama scene - i guess they really needed my $400, they can keep it because ill never ever spend a dime there again!!! because of one employee that was extremely rude to me ill never buy gucci again!!! thank you dahala for ruining my experience! francisco should definitely be tge manager he was very polite and respectful, you could really tell that he enjoyed what he was doing. i will make sure that every platform is informed of my experience today.

Buying a handbag is supposed to be fun, right?My experience in-store last week makes me not even want to own or carry a Gucci product.I'm with the earlier reviewer, "Chlo B": Tiffany the Handbag Queen of Everything was the worst!And the Store Director Crissy Mangalindan did not call me when promised and will not reply to my emailI guess business must be good!
