I called H&A Auto about a pre-purchase inspection on Saturday morning on a used car I was interested in buying. They quoted me a very reasonable price and I schedule a time to bring the vehicle in on that same day. They test drove it, placed it on a lift and conducted a thorough inspection and gave their opinion on the work that should be done. A must do for any used car purchase, thank you again for such great customer service, the car tips and the overall experience.

Fast service & Fair prices, one of the only shops in OC not looking to over charge their customers. The owner was nice and helpful, I recommend this shop.

Yelp reviews here were on point. Just moved to the area and had to find a new mechanic. Had to get my Lexus ES350 serviced ASAP and had an issue with the car starting. Turns out I needed a new battery. Although they seemed busy, they fit me in. Jeff the owner and Ty are coolest guys you'll ever meet.

I just purchased a previously owned 2005 Honda Odyssey EX with a inoperable driver side sliding door. My regular mechanic did not work on this particular problem so they recommended H & A Auto. I had a fairly high degree of confidence that Jeff could fix my door since his specialty is Honda vehicles. After running several diagnostics and finding the part that I needed for the repair, my driver side door is functioning as good as new. I really appreciate the time and attention that Jeff gave to me as a customer for the professional demeanor. I own a 2004 Honda Civic, a 1999 Odyssey, and an 2005 Acura TL. I have been a Honda believer since I bought my first Honda Civic for my daughter and a Honda Fit for my son several years ago. From now on, H & A Auto is on top of my list for service for my Honda vehicles.

Found this spot on Yelp. Jeff and his crew are everything you want from your mechanic. They performed a 120K major mileage service on my 4Runner for way less than the dealership. They were responsive, honest, and performed the service quickly. I will definitely continue to taking my car here. Thanks again!

My Honda's engine started misfiring so I decided to bring it to Jeff and H&A auto. What a great business! They diagnosed and repaired the issue in less than 20 minutes. What's more, Jeff generously shared some clever advice for keeping my vehicle in better operating condition while I was waiting. This repair shop is down to earth, honest, and generous with their customers. I will certainly be coming back the next time my car breaks down, and I highly recommend anyone reading this to do the same!

As I told Jeff - he is the real deal. My friend, Dan, recommended this shop to me since he's been going for a while now. Jeff is not only is super informative but friendly and very inviting. I watched him interact with other customers and he treats everyone the same whether you're a regular or first time. Not to mention he was able to quickly help me with my tire (had a screw in it) and he didn't even charge me even though I insisted on paying. I would come back to Jeff for any future car repairs/maintenance...but he doesn't fix Nissans! The shop doesn't fix Nissans but he helped me with my tire anyways. It's so nice to know that there are businesses in the community that provide this level of service and care.

Been going to H&A for over fifteen years. They have serviced four Hondas, a Toyota and a Lexus over the years with great integrity, fairness and reliability. They have helped me thru hundreds of issues, recalls, etc. I can't imagine ever using another mechanic.

Jeff did not overcharge me, was polite and professional the whole time and did the work on time as promised. Also he's been fixing Hondas since tbe 90's. Nuff said.

I dropped by just after getting my car diagnosed down the street and was hoping that I'd get an honest quote / details on what was wrong. Jeff was super helpful. Looked at my car and fixed it within 10 minutes. Turns out something just needed to be reset because Valvoline f***** it up last week when I went for an oil change. I'll be going here for my oil changes in the future instead of Valvoline.

Jeff and his team has been the best ever since I came here as a newbie in this area. After I started living here before covid started I've been entrusting them to get my oil changed done and yesterday I got a flat tire and Jeff was so responsive when I called him and helpful to check out my car if there was any internal damages. Thank you Jeff for ur help, ur best care and advice and ur service! I love how ur hours are so flexible as other places u have to make appt and it's hard to get in. But u always make it work! Thank u and I'm so happy I can entrust my car to u and ur team! Happy holidays and happy new year!
