Hi-Time Wine Cellars is a family-owned Costa Mesa institution known for its incredible and unparalleled selection of wines, spirits, beers, cigars, and foods. The business is highly stocked and one of the best supplied liquor stores anywhere, featuring all wines from California and Europe, a vast bourbon selection, and a great specialty soda collection. The atmosphere includes an overwhelming and awesome climate-controlled cellar housing thousands of wines, a walk-in beer room, and a humidor. Popular in-house wine tastings at the full wine bar provide awesome experiences. The staff is described as the nicest people, with excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, lovely, and helpful customer service. Excellent pricing offers high-quality items for very low prices, often half the cost found elsewhere. The website is available for after-hours browsing. This clean and friendly store is a fantastic destination, highly recommended for its outstanding overall service and selection.

The biggest, best, and most reasonable pricing I’ve ever seen at a liquor store. The staff is knowledgable can there’s at least 1 person that can answer any question you may have.
