I’m very happy with in storage. Great company very courteous and the customer service really is noticeably helpful. I recommend them for all your Storage needs, they even let me use their box truck for free. I just had to put a little bit of gas in it.

Easiest process to secure a disaffected all done online. You find a unit pay, the send you your accesst information, put a temporary lock on it for you, have a free truck rental that anyone can utilize it's a win win all around . I havent eveb mentioned the online deals and specials. I moved in for a fraction of the price. Iìt's clean it's convenient and and the front desk is super helpful . I recommend them hands down for your storage needs.

Just signed up with this storage facility. Have to change companies because my current storage place which started at $100 a months is now $200 a month. Giovani made the process super easy. Inside facility is neat and clean. Would have given 5 stars but I have not moved in yet . . . experience is not complete AND there was lots of trash littered in front of the building. This make me a little afraid of possible homeless folks situation.

I went today to Instorage and met with Jordan about securing a storage unit. He was perfect! So easy to communicate with, gave clear expectations, knowledgeable and was time efficient. Highly recommend!

I recently was in desperate need of finding a new storage facility as mine was being closed down. After making a few calls and doing some research on the internet I came across Instorage and I am SO happy that I did. Renting a unit was the most easy and seamless process thanks to Jordan. I was able to walk-in and check the facility as soon as I did I knew I didn’t need to look any further. The unit is enforced and not with that stupid and unreliable plywood my old facility used. The location is clean, secure and I couldn’t be happier. The price was amazing and I’ll even be saving money now! Thank you so much to Jordan (he’s the best) and I can’t wait for my friends and family to leave their Public Storage units and come to Instorage too. ??
