I have had only awesome experiences here. I moved back to Costa Mesa from Silicon Valley about 18 months ago, and no sooner was I down here than I had an issue with my MacBook Air. I thought, "OMG, I'm here in Orange County - not exactly known for its tech community. What am I gonna do?" I found iSolution and brought my MacBook in. The guy fixed it right away while I watched. He didn't even charge me.Then on Saturday, Feb. 11, everytime I put my password in to log on, I got the whirligig. After waiting 5 attempts at about 15 minutes each with no progress, I realized this was a bigger problem than restart could fix. I brought my laptop into iSolution and the guy watched the whirligig and said, "This is an OS problem." Luckily I had my WD back up drive and it was current, so I told him if he had to wipe the laptop, so be it.Well, after a few hours he called and said the OS was corrupted and that he'd been able to fix it without wiping my laptop. No need to reinstall everything. I picked it up and he charged me reasonably. It is completely fixed and am on my laptop right now!I am a super happy camper. Our iPad Air did not work anymore. There was some water damage. The home button was broken. The volume buttons were broken. The repair was excellent. The person who helped us was really friendly and they were fast unresponsive. It was really good feel to have the iPad back because it was my sons and he did not store any of the stuff on the cloud and so it works again it's beautiful and highly recommend a place. Yeah, yeah

I was upcharged for an authentic apple screen, but when I turned the phone on it immediately alerted me that there non-Apple products installed. It took forever, and didn't have time to wait for him to put on the cheaper generic product. He then refused to give me my old screen back without an additional charge. Apparently he didn't have the technology to imprint the new screen with the "code" from my original, and said I could ask another shop if they have the device. Lied to, felt swindled.

I originally had made an appointment online for the phone screen repair place across the street. Upon arrival there, they informed me that they didn't have the screen I needed... which would have been helpful to know before planning my time around going to their business. Their poor customer service LUCKILY sent me over to iSolution Repair!!! I called and got a response right away and thankfully I was able to drop off my phone and was quoted 30 minutes to fix my screen and LED damage, AND it was exponentially less expensive than the original place I had my appointment. My phone is crystal clear again and even has tempered glass protection and I was able to purchase a cute case as well! Thank you so much iSoluntion Repair for fixing my phone and for being so reasonably priced! I will be back when I inevitably break my phone again haha!

I recently dropped my old iPad which I'd had for 6 years. Works perfectly for my needs, but was sure it would be better to buy a new one than replace the screen. My husband suggested I contact iSolutions on 19th in Costa Mesa. They took care of replacing the screen, as well as, fixing a slight bend. Once home I saw they even updated it! They were quick and thorough and so kind. I will be returning next week for a battery replacement on my i8 phone! Big recommendation for this business!

This guy was supposed to fix my phone. I had to bring it back 3 times until I asked for my money back. He threw a fit and then proceeded to give me another broken screen and I still have not received my refund. He’s an aggressive fraud. Do not go here
