Terrible place to shop( this location only) since it’s not related to the official Jacadi US stores. You can buy online from the official website and can return in any Jacadi store anywhere ( excluding this location!). Also they charge 2$ for gift wrapping and do not mention this while you’re buying, while it’s free anywhere else and on the Jacadi official website. This location in Costa Mesa is definitely privately owned and has zero customer service experience.

Horrible refund/exchange retail policy. The worst. It seems illegal for them to say after 7 days, you have 30 days to exchange the item. Then even with a receipt that proves you paid original price for 5 items in total of spending over $500 at this store for Christmas, I was told that the items were now worth 20% less due to the current sale. But what about the receipt?!This store just made $50 from me on this transaction even though I have a receipt that I paid them the original price just 12 days ago. I am contacting the corporate office next.Terrible store, illegal retail policy to extort money from its customers. Isn’t that what a receipt is for to prove how much you paid the merchant for the merchandise?

I had very bad experience at this store. I went and bought 2 dresses at full price on a Black Friday. I asked an worker if the dress are on sale and she said they will go on a sale after the Christmas. After I paid, I looked up the Jacadi's website and I found out both dresses I bought was 35% off for Black Friday sale. When I went back to the store 30 mins after I purchased, this rude Asian supervisor said the store and website is different, so they can't price match. But this is their own website?? I'm not trying to price match with different store. I asked for refund, so I can buy online, but it was store credit return only. And the lady said I can't use the store credit online or different store. AND she said I can't bring a picture of the store credit. I have to bring the physical receipt to use the store credit... She also said if I order online, the dress will come in 3-4 weeks because pandemic is very bad in France etc. but the website didn't say that. And she said it says I can't return at South Coast plaza on the website. Just making stuff up as she goes. She was basically trying to block everything for me to do anything else rather than just keep my order. I asked her nicely why the store policy is this way. She told me that's what's been told by the owner and she doesn't feel bad hearing any bad words from customers since she heard so many bad things haha. Who says that? I heard so many crazy make up stories from that lady today and I can't remember everything. I just kept my order and left. I didn't want to deal with her. She's something else.. just don't go there and ruin your day.

Horrible customer service. I received a gift from a friend for my daughter from this store and the outfit didn't fit. I went in to exchange it and the lady at the front looked at me and asked me to wait for the manager. I browsed the store for 10 minutes and the manager never came. I asked again and she said the manager went to lunch. Well then tell me that in the first place and I'll come back! Anyways I finished my shopping at south coast and returned to Jacadi to do a simple exchange and the manager would not allow it. She stayed no refunds or exchanges. I can't believe it I received a dress for $150 as a gift that didn't fit and I couldn't exchange it? Waste of money to buy anything for children here especially if you don't know the sizes. The front desk was no help either she could have told me that instead of me waiting. I think the manager makes up her own rules that's why the employees can not assist customers. I will never return and I have warned all my friends and family.

The manager or supervisor older asian lady is rude. I was browsing around looking like I just rolled out of bed because I was tired and didn't feel like I needed to get dressed up to go shopping. The lady came up and asked me what I was looking for and I told her I was just looking at different pants for my son. She then told me not to look through the folded ones, even though I was folding them and putting them all back in order. She told me that all of the pants were hanging and to go look at those. Which they were not BTW because I looked at those first. So I was going to buy some pants but I put them back and just left. I will never be back to Jacadi. I guess if you always walk the malls looking perfect this is the store for your kids. But for an average, tired, time pressed mom like me, I would go elsewhere. Honestly, this place doesn't have much of a selection. I guess jcrew kids will have to do for my skinny son. Jacadi asian lady manager, you should work on your approach and tone. Maybe your store would be busier if you weren't there.

the worst customer service ever! i called and asked them to take pictures of available items so i can pick and choose them since each store is a franchise and their availability doesn't match with their online website. they can't do it unless it's the manager and the manager wasn't working today. i need the items today. obviously the sales associates are way too lazy to assist you. ive never had this type of customer service experience from a store at south coast plaza given the fact that i am an access vip member as well! horrible!
