The Jack R. Hammett Sports Complex in Costa Mesa is a very cool park and the preseason training home of the Los Angeles Chargers. It offers an amazing and great experience watching Chargers training camp, which is free with lots to do at no cost. The setup is cool with lots of festivities, booths for kids and adults, and many games to win prizes. There is a shop with authentic merchandise, plus refreshments and food. The facility has improved widely with many more stands for food, drinks, and entertainment, including great stands with overhead shades. The crowd looks great, and players engage with fans after practice. It is a fun experience for the whole family and really fun for the kids, though some note a wish for more activities for children. The event is very organized, safe, friendly, and packed. Parking is available for a cost at the complex or in overflow lots across the street. It is a great experience overall, with visitors suggesting others check it out and noting they can see themselves coming back.
