I was out on business, did not know how long I would be there. I made reservations through third party and did by the day. I was charged a separate deposit for each night and was not refunded any of the money. I explained to the hotel manager about my situation, he was rude and less than welcoming, he threatened to through my personal belongings out in the street. I had to leave my job site to come and give him a cash deposit. Unacceptable
I still eant to know where my depisit (s) that i was to be refunded are the rioms where paid by my cc and the name was Frank Rodriguez. Please not only do i accept your apology but i am still owed my deposit.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The rooms were dark, smelled bad, and honestly felt like something out of a horror movie. I reserved a king bed but was given a double bed, which I didn’t make a fuss about initially. However, when I entered the room, it was in shocking condition.
The bathroom was filthy. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bathtub was so grimy that I wouldn’t consider showering in it. When I approached the front desk about the issue, the staff member insisted that I call Priceline to sort it out myself. Priceline couldn’t even reach the front desk. I then requested a different room due to the toilet issue, but the clerk said I’d have to wait for maintenance instead.
I explained to the staff that rooms should be guest-ready without any waiting, yet instead of helping, he continued to argue with me. It was a very unprofessional experience.
The maintenance worker arrived (that was something to see, I felt bad for the maintenance person - old homeless looking fella upper 70s very sad to see) anyways he was unable to fix the toilet, so they finally agreed to change my room. The new room was even worse—smelly, with torn bed sheets and barely working lights. At that point, I handed back the key and left the hotel, but they still charged me nearly $100 and have refused to issue a refund.
If you’re considering this hotel, please research it thoroughly before booking. I don’t understand how a company like Wyndham could allow a property in this condition to operate under their brand. This place would be better suited for another purpose entirely.
I’m still disputing the charge and hoping to get my refund. Truly disappointing experience!
I hope they train their staff to work with guests, not against them. The employees at the counter seemed more ready to argue than to assist, which was incredibly frustrating.
Rooms: Rooms are dark and dirty - bathrooms are in bad shape
Safety: You will not feel safe, trust me on this!

Awful. Awful. Awful. Will never stay at another Wyndham Hotel due to this nightmare; dirty stinky room, hair everywhere, stained towels, cockroaches, highway noises, stupid high pet fee,…disgusting, overpriced place. Don’t let anyone you love stay here.
