My wife and I made a stop over today to check out some baby carriers. Despite a few customers browsing the store, Lieu took her time while juggling phone calls, customer questions, packaging other pick-ups, to address us and give us tremendous detail and support on what works and doesn't work for our needs. Our son has a particular condition that makes most baby carrierrs difficult to adjust. She took the initiative to get online and watch YT videos to find methods to adjust and make the carrier a comfortable and suitable position for us and our baby. I can't say enough about her great customer service, friendly smile, and ease of conversing with. Hoping to see her more often in the store when we pick up great deals $$! Thanks Lieu for all the help - will think of you when I carry my baby comfortably :)

Bought a bottle sterilizer and it over heated and stopped working after only using it onceThe old couple who I think are the owners have horrible customer service the vibe I get here is that they definitely care more about making money then what the quality of the items they sell it sucks because the items they sell are for babies/kids

Wasn't very inviting which is sad, me and my son go to many resale shops and this has been the first time the person was so rude and uninviting. Also how can you sell sample formulas that others get for free? Disgusting will never ever be back.

Not trustworthy retail stores. The stroller I got is in a bad condition after I took it home. Price almost same as new ones.

I called ahead to inquire about selling my Cybex Sirona 360 car seat. the lady on the phone said she couldn't give me an estimate but it would be about half of the price based on condition and need. I said well I live 40 minutes away and she said well you can just bring it here you can't send pictures to show the condition. So I wasted my day off driving all the way here for her to offer me $50. this car seat cost over $600 and it's in like new condition only use for a few months a few times she neglected to tell me that they have the same exact one for sale so she said that she didn't need it and that's why she was only gonna give me $50 do not sell to this place they rip everyone off and their selection is pretty crappy. They have a bunch of ratty clothes with stains all over them. I rather give this away then get $50 and give money to the scammers. Don't take my word for it, look at all the other bad reviews. Any positive review is probably not legitimate.

I stopped by to buy some gifts for my nephews and found a lot of great stuff for kids. The sales lady was very helpful. Will definitely shop here again. Great store

This store is amazing for new parents shopping on a budget. We've purchased many great items and also taken advantage of their trade in options as well. You have to be quick as they have a high volume of shoppers constantly and good items go quickly.

The man who works here is rude. Makes you feel like an idiot. Brought in a jogger and car seat that didn't come with a base and made us feel like complete idiots for not having a base with it. Brought a gently used baby bullet and took that for $15 save your time and sell on offer up or privately.

What a great children's high end resale shop. Excellent selection of new and used high end car seats, strollers, clothing, shoes, toys and accessories (both new and gently used). The owners were able to help me with a brand new Maxi-Cosi 3 & 1 car seat and a popup Bugaboo stroller, perfect for our infant son. We are reselling our (basically) brand new Maxi-Cosi double stroller (stacked + accessories) and part of our UppaBaby travel system (Mesa V2 car seat & base) and they give a fair estimate of resale value and price. They do take in resale items but they don't overstock, so I'd recommend calling first if you have children's items to resale and confirm they can take them in! This is a high end children's resale store, not a garage sale! ;) Definitely check out their IG @lilposhresale--they always post new items there! UPDATE: I've had nothing but positive experiences both buying & selling here--Liu is a delight, I enjoyed working with her!

I happened to be in town on my last little overnight trip with my husband before pregnancy was going to get too difficult to do so, and on our way out of town I was looking for resale shops to check out as we slowly made our way north. This is one I decided to stop at because it was open and not too far from our lunch spot. Parking isn't too bad, even on a weekend. There is a parking lot behind the business and a bunch of spots out front as well. The day I went, the owners mother and father were running the store. Dad was very nice and friendly, did his best to share knowledge and help customers. I was actually impressed at how much he knew about some of the products he was around. Mom was someone I would highly recommend the owner think twice before allowing in her shop alone. The mom was really bad at customer service. She just did not using a filter at all with customers, was super disorganized working the register and keeping straight who to help first, and just generally not someone I felt very comfortable around as a customer. The store itself is a small space. That can be challenging. I'm sure rent isn't cheap in this location, but this store is super overwhelming to shop because it is packed with too much product that is really disorganized. There was quite a bit on the floor that people had reserved for pickup (probably from online?) and people kept trying to shop it because it was out for all to see and easily accessible. The zones in the store made sense, but everything was overstuffed and crowded, so with a few customers and their kids in the store it became very difficult to navigate without tripping or bumping into things. Definitely would get in trouble for ADA compliance issues, and risks a lot of liability for pregnant women who are already clumsy shopping. All that being said, without mom and with a little rethinking of the space, this store has great potential! On the overcrowded racks, I did find a few great clothing pieces for reasonable prices. There was great selection of strollers and other bigger baby gear. A woman bought a used Uppababy stroller while I shopped, for instance. I noticed some gems while I was there, but ultimately decided to just buy the couple clothing pieces and call it a day due to the overwhelming experience.

Customer service was poor. I came in to sell some items and was quickly shut down saying there was no buyer in the shop today. Honestly, it wasn't a big deal (a little bummed and how can a resale shop not have a buyer when they are open??) but I decided to shop around anyways. The man kept telling us how it was our fault we didn't call first and making us feel bad about it. Again, I didn't even care much, but he kept insisting that we should've known better and shouldn't have come in if we didn't call first. I didn't feel upset until he kept telling us "I don't know why you wouldn't call" over and over again. The selection in the store was slim EXCEPT for car seats. But, as we know, car seats really shouldn't be purchased second hand with no known history. They did have some new ones, so that would be an affordable option! I have no plans of returning. Very weird vibe and selection was poor overall.

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I sold items today and thought the prices they offered were fair, the lady who liaised the sale was friendly and helpful and efficient. I am planning on selling more items again. I would definitely recommend. They also have a nice selection for anyone wanting to buy.

I started following them on Instagram about a year ago. I visited this store twice and noticed most of their items do not look exactly like their photos or they don't disclose the condition of the items. They make it seem like it's perfect on Instagram but some items are definitely worn out but don't get me wrong, some items are in decent condition. For example, I wanted to buy my daughter a Minnie Mouse Plane Ride but the front was dirty when I saw it in person. I understand all their items are pre-owned but when I tried selling some of my daughters outgrown items, it hit a different note. I was helped by an older gentleman who could really work on his customer service skills. He looked through my items and constantly made unnecessary comments such as how outdated or dirty my items were. The outdated items, I understand but all of my items were cleaner than some of the items you have on the store floor. I understand this is his business but your sellers are your customers and to make them feel low, is not good business. I started reminiscing on the items that I had brought in and when I last used them with my daughter. The last straw was when he was looking through my Willow. I had stocked up on Willow bags but couldn't use them all during my breastfeeding journey. He had the nerve to tell me that mothers who use the Willow do not use bags and that it's useless. Um, sir... Have you ever had milk come out of your breasts? No. I went through months of talking to other mother's and researching before buying the Willow. When I did use the Willow, I used those bags daily at work and I know several other women who used them also. A simple "these are not the items we need at the moment" or "we are not interested" would've have sufficed. All of these items mothers and families bring in to sell are items we have used with our children. Please, don't make us feel like our items are a total waste of your time. If it is, keep it to yourselves and tell us you're not interested. I would've have loved to continue to shop here but I rather go somewhere else where people don't make me feel like less of a mother.

Horrible experience. I guess it is too much to be treated with simple dignity these days. Multiple times when the owner was trying to tell my wife that they were more knowledgeable about motherhood than she was. Not sure what he was trying to accomplish by belittling your customers and being overly aggressive. Word of advice, your shit stinks just as much as the rest of us. Avoid this place at all costs.
