Totally defeated the purpose of ordering online. There is not a designated area to do online pickup orders. Instead you have to get in the long line with the rest of the holiday shoppers. THEN to top it off, I asked for a box (just one) and they said they do not give out boxes for online orders!!!! But yet, they make you wait in line as if you did not have a pick up order. Good thing Alo is just around the corner.

We visited Lululemon at South Coast Plaza today with our kids (7 and 3). We are people of color and left feeling genuinely profiled. Staff approached us repeatedly, every couple of minutes and it felt less like service and more like monitoring.
I also saw an employee stop, and point toward us as if signaling someone to keep an eye on us. That was the moment the experience shifted from awkward to unacceptable.
My wife bought a jacket she had already chosen, and we left quickly because we no longer felt comfortable in the store. Premium brand, disappointing and unsettling experience.

Store manager convinced me to switch to Rhone. Would not take a return, new and unopened with tags, without an online account. She forced me to create an online account for a card with store credit 🤯 Gave a bunch of attitude. Should not work in customer service.

The ambiance at this store is welcoming but very mediocre at the same time. I was lost when I walked in there, but as they quickly realized I didn’t understand anything about the brand I was followed till check out. And even before I got to the check out line one of the employees took my items away to keep at the front for me. While everyone else in line had their items in hand. I know it wasn’t because of courtesy. Plain sight discrimination.

As a long-time and loyal Lululemon customer who spends thousands of dollars annually with the brand, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of flexibility and professionalism I experienced at this location.
I attempted to return a brand new, unworn items in perfect condition, and was denied any accommodation by the assistant manager, Amy. Despite explaining my purchase history and the reasonable nature of my request, I was met with a rigid response and no effort to offer a solution.
I understand that policies exist, but I also believe that a brand like Lululemon—known for its emphasis on customer experience—should empower its leaders to use discretion in exceptional cases. This interaction did not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect, and I hope the company takes steps to ensure that loyal customers are treated with greater care and consideration.

When it comes to retailers we tend to avoid face to face interactions, it is a lot easier to buy online and get home deliveries or to use curbside pick-up. However after today's in-store experience with Alondra we can clearly identify that high quality customer service interactions hold a significant value that needs to be embraced.
Alondra was empathetic, understanding, professional and warm; she went above and beyond to excel expectations. Here is the story: Our loved aunt passed away recently and there was a specific type of clothing needed for her burial gown. After some research we were pleased to find that Lululemon carries the specific style and material needed so we went ahead and placed an online pick up order from the Cerritos Mall location. After realizing the slip my uncle went to Lululemon South Coast Plaza which is our closest location wanting to exchange the piece and you know...ready for some retail push back. Well, not only there wasn't any push back, but Alondra took the time to help my uncle find the right color and size needed to make sure my aunt's gown is as close to perfect as we vision. She shared her condolences and made the whole interaction smooth and effortless.
We are highly grateful, Alondra is a great representation of your brand, your mission and character. We are definitely looking forward to our next store visit.

I can't believe my wife just bought a jacket and we're about to catch a flight, but she didn't even notice that the security device is still on it! The store staff asked us a million times if we needed help, but their incompetence is beyond frustrating. This is the worst experience I've had at any Lululemon store. Almost 99% of my outfits is from Lululemon, and I shop frequently. I am extremely disappointed.

The manager of this place won't give me a return or exchange. Because I bought a pair of pants a few months ago, but they scanned for the wrong label. So I have a list of mistakes in my file. They are sure that their cashiers will never make a mistake. (Nothing is absolute, cashiers are human and can type wrong information) They just follow the system like a machine and don't think about their cashiers' own problems.

Love lululemon but this location is not it. If you are thinking of doing a return through their quality promise program don't bother coming to this location. One of the girls did not even take a look at the defective item and just plain out said they did not do that. I decided to submit the request online and it was quickly approved.
