The new Sears? The store has evolved. They have become more inclusive and now cater to the Senior community and have lots of options for lower income folks. They have a large selection of resort wear for men that would be perfect on the next cruise ship voyage. Also, they have 40% off a lot of clothes if you go on a sale day and you get an additional 15% off with their credit card and possibly 10$ back in spending money--if you buy the right thing. They also have their own private label-discount brand Club Room. But for the best value you need to shop on a sale's day--look for the ads/coupons in the newspaper. It’s sad Sears is no longer at the mall, but Kudos to Macy’s is filling that void. It's also nice to see they are more size inclusive. I noticed a lot of XL and XXL shirts. And Kudos to them for creating employment opportunities for lots of locals.

It's great if you like to stand in line for a fitting room and then stand in another to check out. Also great to be told that the one dressing room open that you are unable to use. Awful

This ONE STAR review is for the well deserved RUDE shoe saleswoman named LILLI. This ONE STAR should be a NEGATIVE STAR not a positive star which she doesn't deserve!It was a busy day at Macy's today, Saturday 1/28. My husband and I, like all other people standing in line waiting for our turn to check out. While we were waiting in line, we saw a Caucasian man cut in front of everyone and asked the cashier LILLI to help him to check out a pair of shoes for him, instead of asking him to wait in line like everyone else, LILLI happily dropped everything she was doing and helped him. What she did for this gentleman was disrespectful and unfair for all other customers who waited in line. That's not the only reason I am complaining. What she said to us and how she said to us are the reasons for me to write this review. Hopefully this letter will reach her supervisor and maybe send her to learn some basic manners on how to treat all customers with respect, not selectively.Like I said earlier, we waited in line for our turn to check out. There were two cash registers for the checkout. When it was our turn, our cashier asked us to wait there (by the cash register #2) while he went to the back room to get our shoes. Our cashier is using the cash register #2 on the left side while LILLI was using the cash register #1 on the right. While we were waiting for our cashier to return, for no reason, LILLI rudely told us to step aside and wait. Her exact words were: "Step aside you're blocking customers". There's no "please" in her sentence. Besides, I also don't understand how possibly we were blocking customers? We were right in front of the cash register #2 waiting for our cashier to come back and finishing our transaction. How could we possibly be blocking other customers on cash register #1?? After she told us to move aside, she came to our cash register #2 and repeated again to us to step aside. When our cashier came back (less than a minute) he had to move us to the cash register #1 to finish up our transaction. Just like all other people there today, we were customers too. Why did we deserve to be pushed around by this rude employee? Why did she move from cash register #1 to cash register #2 and told us to step aside while we were not in her way and waiting for our cashier to finish serving us? I'd also like to ask Macy's management, how on earth you hired such a rude, disrespectful person with no basic knowledge of customer service to work in your sales department?

Had Christmas gifts that I did not want at all and luckily there was a return label on both of them. Returning a product at Macy's with a return label was so easy, it literally takes less than a minute. All they do is scan it, tell you the amount, and give you a gift card to use as credit and that's it! Easy Peasy!

I bought over 20k of merchandise at the jewelry department in Macy's. I went to return some other merchandise however I was treated like a hoodlum. Even after the amount of money I spent there. Do not believe their return policy. They will treat you like they don't know you or you are trying to cheat them. Avoid at all costs. Their product is worth way less than they are selling it for.

Great clearance section in the petites section, but man the racks were packed so browsing was hard. It was like Ross, lol. Clothes were all over the floor too.The dressing rooms were even worse. You couldn't even put stuff on the rack after you were done.

This Macy's is messy and dirty. Arrived early in the morning right after it opened. Clothes on the floor, left over from the day before. Piles after pile of clothes in each of the dressing rooms. The management and staff need to be re-trained or something.

Awful service in the perfume section. I asked a lady who worked in the perfume department if they had the perfume called "Love by Kilian" and she said "What is that an artist?" like no are you dumb, why would I be talking about music when I am in the perfume section, she should know popular perfumes if she works in the fragrance department. So I said "No it's a perfume" and she said "Sorry we don't have that" without even checking, just standing in the same spot being lazy. She had brown hair, red crusty lipstick, and wore sunglasses indoor for some reason. Additionally I was checking out perfume for about 30 minutes straight and no employees asked if I needed help or no hello. Don't recommend going here, went to norstrom instead after, way better service and positive energy.

I bought a suit at a different Macys and they assured me that I could return it at any Macys as long as I had the tags and receipt. I was very careful to ensure I kept everything together since I had bought a very expensive outfit for a special occasion.Initially I had difficulty returning my items here. After waiting forever in the return section, the girl (albeit trying to be nice), wouldn't help me and said I had to go upstairs to the suit section. After waiting forever in the suit section, the girl only took the pants. She told me I didn't have the tags for anything else and the receipt that I had showed didn't have a barcode on it so none of my items were returnable but she was just trying to help me out. I was confused since I had taken great effort to keep all the receipts I had with the tags and put them aside since I knew from the start I was likely going to return it.But then Daniel from the shoe section came swooping in with a cape and he managed to get everything I needed returned. He was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to give great customer service outside of the returns, even helping me and my friend pick out new shoes. He even dove into a burning building to save a dozen puppies. (I might be exaggerating with the last detail)Anyways if you ever need help just look for Daniel he's the true MVP
