Been going to Mitsuwa for years love the food court. However parking sucks and the fish selection is average. Compared to other Japanese markets in the area.

What a fun market to explore through! ❤ We ordered food (pork cautsu, shrimp tempura). Then we hit the bakery for desserts (cream horn and Boston creme chocolate dount) and then the market for sushi (sampler and rolls).

So many great places to eat inside and the selection of Japanese imported products is amazing. I absolutely love this store and it's so clean. Parking could be better but it's Southern California so I'll take what I can get. Don't sleep on the place with the char-broiled beef tongue. It's the best.

Its a convenient place to go for groceries, food, and beauty products. Amazing food court (recommend don don ten) and cute stores on the inside too. They recently added a small arcade and mini crane games! The bakery is also super fresh and a good desert post lunch!

I had came here to take my wife grocery shopping here (she loves her Japanese products!!!) and we went to the food court here and I personally got the Pork Katsu-Don and my wife had the Pork Curry plate. The food was amazing and we had switched plates beceach others plates was so good!! After lunch we went and browsed at the different stores and shops they had inside and I was amazed on the quality of food and other items, the overall atmosphere, how we were treated. I'll definitely will be back so we can try more food and shop for more groceries while having an outing to ourselves. Great job Mitsuwa!!!

Besides parking being an absolute nightmare and large trucks/SUVs parking in COMPACT spaces, this is a pretty cool location. Maido is located within the Mitsuwa off to the side near the food court. The physical space is tiny, but there a lot of stock. Employees are nice and helpful. Definitely a place to go to get upscale stationary and calligraphy supplies!

They opened up to allow indoor dining and this is ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY. THERE IS NO SOCIAL DISTANCING ENFORCED AND PEOPLE BUMP INTO EACH OTHER LIKE COVID NEVER EXISTED. ABSOLUTELY SO DISGUSTED.Note: there is nobody counting customers coming into Mitsuwa. There are no cleaning crew after people eat on the dining tables. There are many people who forget to put their masks back on and walk around without it. The tables are NOT 6 FEET APART FROM EACH OTHER. Just in this moment, there are 70 people in the food court area alone without any staff telling people to social distance.

Love this store!! Every time I pop into Mitsuwa I have to stop inside this cute little shop. They carry lots of unique stationery, gifts, and writing supplies. Due to covid, they are only allowing a small number of shoppers in at a time. The store is small, but is filled to the brim with goodies! Most of the items they stock can’t really be found anywhere else, except for Japan of course. Today I left with a fun maneki neko nesting doll set that I had been eyeing for months! I haven’t found anything like it anywhere else, even online. They also had the cutest neko enamel pins but I couldn’t decide on one. There is something for everyone in Mai Dō, and the staff are always extremely helpful.ありがとうございます!

A very dear friend took me here over the weekend, which I didn't know existed. This is the place to shop for authentic Japanese supermarket items or grab a quick bite. It is a typical marketplace you would find anywhere in Japan. The prices are double here because the items are imported. This particular place is bigger than other locations in Los Angeles county.
