Best Midas I've ever been at. This location is beyond excellent. My insurance company had me tied up here for hours but Ray stayed humble and professional the entire time even though i know they gave him a headache. If you want the best, highly suggest you come here‼️‼️

I'm sure this is a great spot- reasonable price for an oil change with the online coupon. It is a bit out of the way with being on one side of a freeway/stroad so make sure to navi through the nearby neighborhood if coming from the north. My biggest complaint was not being told when my car was ready. Shop didn't seem overly busy when I was there. I requested a call when my car was ready to go so I could go about my day in an orderly fashion, but I ended up having to wait over 2 and a half hours. I figured there was a huge line but there was not. Not being notified in a timely manner AND having to call back first in order to get news about my car sucked. Maybe it was done in 30 minutes, maybe it took 2 hours, no idea. Perhaps I should've called sooner to confirm but having to waste that much of my day walking around without my vehicle was definitely not a highlight. Overall, might come back, might not. Serviceable oil change but lacking in service/friendliness.

POOR customer service. I went online and made an appt to get my breaks checked. I got a response e mail saying I would hear back in 30 minutes. I waited heard nothing and decided to drive over to the shop got there at 4:30 or so. The place was CLOSED. The next week I called and made an appt with Rick. He asked what kind of car I drove I said Corvette. I showed up sat morning at 8:00am giving myself 1 hour to get this done. He says to me we do NOT work on classic cars! I told him that the web site does not say that and he did NOT ask me for the year when we spoke on the phone. He said I am sorry. He wasted MY time twice now. Also my car has new upgraded disk breaks but he did not ask about what type of breaks I had either. JUST POOR sloppy negligent customer service. OH also they close at 5:00pm but posted on website as 5:30.

Rick Ngov was a very helpful and top-notch and experienced mechanic who did a great job inspecting my car going above and beyond. He really is great and I highly recommend this exact location of Midas. I feel so relieved to get amazing, quality service for a exceptionally reasonable price!!!

Deez guys saved me from all the erroneous info I've collected in the search for good tires. They educated me into my own decision on what I needed when they could have steered me to their own bonus.
