Absolutely horrible experience. Had to get a TB test from an exposure. Minute clinic WOW I guess since COVID there are no other disease or health risks that the clinic cares about. Or should I say get paid for. And there is a sign

I called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone had given me the wrong information (I think she worked at the MinuteClinic HQ, not this particular location) and she entered the wrong info for me so I wasn't in the system when I showed up for my appointment. There were two ladies on staff at this MinuteClinic and one of them helped me find my appointment and she seemed really tired but was patient with me and helped me out. During the initial appointment is when I found out I was given the wrong info on the phone and the ladies at this MinuteClinic gave me helpful information so I can get what I needed elsewhere. They were super sweet and helpful. They cancelled my appointment too so I wouldn't get charged. Even though I couldn't accomplish what I needed to, I didn't have a bad experience here and would come back for other issues. It's super easy to make an appointment online and they can even see you the same day!

I had to get my blood drawn for a titer and the RN completely bruised my arm and failed to do so. Took forever for her to find my vein and keep it, yet she still proceeded to try and draw blood. It hurt as she kept trying to get enough blood and she took it out only because she saw the discomfort in my face. I understand she tried but this could have been prevented. Not sure if she is experienced or this place in general. It sucks since it has been a few days and it still hurts, and looks horrible.

WORST URGENT CARE EVER!!!! Because only 1 member was on staff, we were told because they couldn't scan the insurance card that it's not their job to call to verify coverage of benefits. I'm sorry, are you not the provider?? It is your job! Minute Clinic Associate Kendra Laddy was extremely rude & unprofessional & should not be employed in this field working directly with patients! Store manager "Caroline" said she'd try to help only to do nothing but repeat the same. This is why I don't go to any CVS anywhere because every single store has unprofessional associates that are rude & don't take accountability for their jobs! You should be ashamed CVS.....

This location is great. I've had 4-5 appointments here, all on-time, from covid tests to booster shot, to anything small. You can make same day appointments which is so easy and convenient.

They billed me but never sent my claim to insurance after I provided my info for the appointment. Be sure to make an appointment or they’ll give you a hassle too.

I made an appointment and showed up on time! Only to find out they were still on lunch, hopefully eating salads as both associates looked clueless! They computers are down world wide!? Okay maybe so but have a back up plan for this!! It's not 1980 CVC! Call people or send a text so we drive wasting our gas and can go somewhere else! What a joke, and I will not go back to this CVC on hold I was approached and rudely told!

This review is copy of my review to Seal Beach location but since it is the same company I want you to be aware of their practices. FRAUD Minute Clininc ran my insurance and gave me printout that Shingles vaccine is free for me and my wife. However I just got a huge bill. If they were honest with me I would not have taken it. Huge Fraud! No no one will talk to us. No Customer Service email to send the printout. Representative hung up on us. Beware of these cheating people and company!!!

I am referring specifically on its irresponsible response for COVID 19 testing. I needed a pre-cruise antigen test and scheduled an appointment for the testing at around 3 p.m today about a week ago. This morning, I received a text message that my appointment was cancelled due to temporary closure. I have since spent more than 2 hours trying to find an appointment but none is available for 2 days or tomorrow in CVS or Walgreen. The first call to its line, the responder could not hear me over the phone (after waiting 15 minutes) another call later I was told that no appointment was available in the next 48 hours. It just seems unprofessional and irresponsible to leave someone hanging high and dry without providing backup solution. My cruise requires a negative test within 2 days prior to departure and CVS cancelled me out within that time frame without consideration for my situation or time. Skip this outfit if you need to meet a deadline otherwise whether you get tested or not is like rolling the dice.

CVS minute clinic is a disaster. I cant make or reschedule appointments by calling the store, going online on the minute clinic website, minute clinic texts, or calling the minute clinic call center. Give me my money back for my tb test! I cant even get it read on day 2.

This place is horrible. Don't go there for COVId testing. Went to get a COVId test for my son for travel purposes. Need a printout or electronic file/ They sent us away without a paper copy saying they will be texting or emailing us, never texted or emailed results, now I'm back at this weird poorly run clinic with no phone number and one person trying to get a copy. DO NOT do here for COVId testing.

Don't come here if you're actually sick because they will turn you away and waste your time. They won't see you unless you've had a negative covid-19 test within the past 3 days, but the website to make appointments didn't mention that AND they don't tell you that until you've arrived. I would give them zero stars if i could

The nurse is rude, does not take into consideration how long you’ve been waiting and the fact that they said walk ins are available. Extremely condescending when speaking to her. Do not recommend coming here.

Yes, they will have no idea if they work with your insurance, even though they will take 20 minutes to write up the details. The service person there has no clue what an infection looks like and will treat you for whatever you tell them, just to get the bill rolling, I guess. Would not say to avoid it, but this location's turnaround time isn't perfect either as they always run behind the schedule.
