Bad customer service!!! I received a defected desk, they sent a technician to “fix” it, the technician said it’s not fixable and it’s actually defected! Now no one is contacting me to replace the desk! I have to chase after them! Will not be buying from them again!!

Hi I am a professional interior decorator and I don't often have time to write reviews. However, I had to write a review this evening because I had the best experience at Modani in Costa Mesa. Thanks to a brilliant sales person named John I had the very best shopping experience possible. John was so helpful and knowledgeable of all the stock, he made my shopping experience both pleasurable and fun. Now as an interior decorator I have my new favorite furniture store in the OC to buy amazing furniture from for all my clients. In addition I'm looking forward to working with John again soon.Many ThanksCheers

Great place to shop and browse! They had beautiful modern designs at great prices and the shopping center is a fun place to be with little shops and the OC Mix it's definitely worth stopping by! Also they have an awesome farmers market every Saturday right outside of the store! Chase was super helpful and we were able to pick out a awesome dining table, happy to recommend to anyone in the market for sheik modern designer furniture!

I made a purchase for a bed at Modani Furniture Costa Mesa Ca and when they sent it, they brought different bed frames, they installed it and said they were going to replace it for me and I have called many times and they did not solve this problem the purchase was Oct 2023 and now is February 12, 2024 issue is not resolved yet. modani furniture is not responsible customer service is horrible After you buy and pay, they don't guarantee anything... they don't have customer service to give the right services.

John is a great person to purchase from this store. We had an issue with our order but he took care of everything including a replacement for a sofa we bought.

Avoid at all costs. Their protection plan is a scam and they have horrible customer service. We bought an extendible all glass coffee table from Modani Costa Mesa a year ago and we paid extra for the so-called 5 year protection plan. Few months ago the coffee table started to have functional issues (uneven joints among other things). The technician from their protection plan company came and deemed the table non-functional and non-repairable and referred us to Modani to get the table replaced or refunded. After multiple trips to their store, having multiple chats with their Customer service and their California District Manager (Kseniya Milius) Modani refused to replace or refund. My plan is to pursue this matter in court until I get my money back.

Such a great experience with Modani. We received great help from John when coming into the showroom originally. He gave us great advice and was amazing with the follow-up help/questions as well. Then, we received help from Gary who is part of the service team. He promptly received our concerns and resolved any issues we had. My husband and I are satisfied and will be back again soon to pick out pieces for your dining room next!

I was worried about some of the reviews here but went in as I saw a sectional my parents were interested in online. A designer named John greeted us and helped us pick out the right color and configuration. He's able to speak Mandarin and Vietnamese which helped as my parents speaks little English. He was able to help us receive out sectional in a week and stayed in contact during the process. Definitely coming back to see him again as he took care of us during the whole process.

The store was very nice and chic. The sales associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. John was our sales associate and he was awesome. Jenece had to do a price change for us and was very fast and efficient. Our bed turned out to be exactly what we wanted in our space. Thank you.

I purchased 2 of the Kendra Armchair Yellow , one came defective and material was not good quality. When I called the company I was told it would take two months to replace it. Once the new one came, I was told it was defective too. I called the sales person to ask for help, who totally useless and customer service kept giving me the run around! So eventually, I told them to come get both of the chairs and credit my account. But when I check my account, the money was not there I had to call them to see what the problem was, eventually I got the credit, but I make a complaint with my American Express card about them Stay clear of this store

This store barely functions. Beware. I purchased a mirror from Modani Costa Mesa on 12/11, was told it would be delivered on 12/19. It wasn't, because the salesperson never set a delivery date. When I spoke to the store to find out why I was told I'd have to come back in 2 days to speak with the original salesperson because that's the only person that could rectify the situation? So I wait 2 days, then have to literally convince this salesperson to find a solution after they give me every excuse as to why it wasn't delivered, finally for them to tell me it will be delivered 12/22. And you guessed it. It wasn't. No one from customer support has returned my messages, no one has answered my emails, no one has done anything about this. How this company even manages to stay in business when this is how they function is beyond me.

Would give zero stars if I could, their customer service is horrifying! The employee incorrectly scheduled our delivery to a past date. No one informed us of the mistake and we had to contact the store multiple times to get a new date. The store manager admitted it was an employee error and agreed to refund the delivery fee. It's been one month and we haven't heard anything, I called the store and was told customer service denied the claim. I spoke to the manager and she told me it's not up to her - this is complete BS! The company agreed to refund us and is now hiding under oh our own team now says no, nothing we can do! I can't stress this enough: do NOT give them your business

Poor quality and short warranty. Looks great but, drawers soft close stopped working and the finish delaminated..... just don't understand why they can't fix the problems. I bought a complete bedroom set, I'm very unhappy!!!
