Only cater to the Very Rich or to those wanting " lab created" diamonds. Not happy AT ALL with the way I was treated here. Consider going elsewhere if you want personal care and a decent price for natural diamonds- I wish my husband had done this before he bought my ring here!

My husband and i live in Vegas, we were in California for our anniversary,. We decided to visit the mall when I came across Nathan’s store. I saw the diamond butterfly in the window, I love love butterflies so had to look at it. I met Inga who was so nice and showed me both gold and white gold and both sizes. After a Little thought I knew I had to have it. They were nice enough to delete the tax as I am from out of town. I need a larger clasp on the chain which they fixed for no cost, I appreciated that very much.Will always go back there next time we are in that area as I have enjoyed thr butterfly pendant very muchGreat store, great people. ??Susan. They offer both lab or natural stones and can assist you in making the right choice based on your personal criteria. My husband purchased my wedding ring at Nathan Alan in 2016. I absolutely love my ring and always get compliments on how beautiful it is. Pictures do not do it justice.Michael is amazing and professional, along with all of the staff there. Everytime we visit the store, we are treated extremely well and are always greeted with a smile.
