Had a pleasant experience purchasing a Sofa, two Armchairs, and an Ottoman from Natuzzi Italia in Costa Mesa. Their product lines are tastefully designed, and well made. The sales lady Alyssa was courteous, professional, and provided an outstanding no pressure expertise support on color coordination and product selection. Extremely pleased! Will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

I'm very happy with my Natuzzi couch purchase! I had the pleasure of working with Alyssa, and she offered the best service and professional opinions. She was not only patient and kind, but also went above and beyond to explain different customizable options and warranty details. She even put together a 3D view of what the couch would look like against dimensions of my living room. I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking for the perfect couch!

Excellent service and product knowledge by salesperson Alyssa. I spend 6 hours today deciding between some high end sofas and went to 7 different retailers. I found the highest quality products and most attractive designs at Natuzzi. If you want the best product quality and service, I highly recommend Natuzzi in Costa Mesa and the very amazing Alyssa.

STRUCTURAL MISALIGNMENT and Slow, Painful after-sales service. *DEFECTIVE product*: Frame was misaligned from back panel to arm panel, and the slider back that holds the headrest tilts higher and protrudes so the headrest sits tilted and the frame has a big gap in one corner and my entire and and wrist can fit in there. *UNDERWHELMING Customer Service* We called in 15 mins after delivery, and reported defects with pictures and emails. Took 3 weeks for them to send a leather repair contractor (It wasn't even an leather or cushion issue) to "evaluate" before they decide what to do do. Technician came and said it's caused by shipping and we just have to "sit on it and use it and it will fix itself." He can't fix it and wrote a report stating "customer not happy with the craftsmanship" not citing any structural issues. During this whole process thus far, store staff referred us to customer service whenever we are reaching out to resolve this issue. And customer service responds to us via email only so far, and sometimes respond the same day, sometimes a week later. This is what our experience so far after spending $8000 on a supposedly "premium quality" sofa. We are still waiting for Natuzzi Customer Service's response at this moment on whether they believe this is defective. BTW, nothing in that store is returnable, not even stock-furniture--purchase at your own risk.

The best Natuzzi showroom is at the Costa Mesa location. Ask for James and Sherrie for fantastic customer service and product advice. Super friendly and beautiful gallery of the highest quality furniture.

We have a dining table we bought from this store about 3 years ago and only recently noticed a huge crack on one of the legs due to improper installation. We went to the store and spoke to Beverly about it, she was very helpful and got us connected to Janet, the store manager. We explained the situation and told her that we're willing to pay for a replacement leg since the table is long out of warranty. She was very helpful the entire time and was able to help us negotiate with customer care and got us a replacement leg for no charge. Overall our experience with this store has been nothing but great, and this incident further showed us how much they care for their customers. This store will always be my go-to place to shop for luxury high-end furniture.

Terrible after sales service. Delivery only comes to LA one day a month, if you aren't available that day then you need to pay a hefty storage fee... and the item will come next month. So I had to cut a vacation short to get my sofa delivered. No flexibility at all, and store will not help.

Terrible after sales service. I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to warn people off in this case. The key thing with furniture is delivery and it's really not hard--I've purchased furniture from numerous retailers and they usually call you and say here are a couple days we can be in the area, please choose one, and its fine. Not Natuzzi. They called and offered me one date nearly a month out, and if that day didn't work then we would need to pay a hefty storage fee so that they could deliver it the next month, since apparently they only come to my area once a month. We called and begged and pleaded and they could do nothing, so here I am cutting a vacation short to receive a sofa. Wish they told me about this delivery policy before I purchased.

Not only is the furniture outstanding, but the service is great as well at the Costa Mesa store!! I was one of the first customers on the first day this location opened. I was helped by sales associate, Susan Brown, and she was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed and my furniture arrived a few weeks earier than expected! That was a very nice suprise! Definitely 5 stars! *****
