Love this Auto Repair! Completely professional and 100% trust worthy. As a woman, NOT exactly car savvy one, it’s comforting to know I will not be taken advantage due to my lack of knowledge. All the details for my BMW X5, any repairs and general upkeep required is explained to me clearly in Layman’s terms, handled in the upmost timely manner as well as priced reasonably and fairly. No up selling, no pressure! Love that I can trust my mechanic Jeff. Fabulous operation, stellar follow through and a small locally business owned to support. Honest and Hard Working!! If you've ever had a bad experience with a mechanic I suggest you come here and give yourself a break. They got me in and out super fast and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. they also didn't try selling me anything I didn't need which was a huge relief because mechanic's I've gone to in the past have. this is the place to go!

this place is a joke.. i took my car there and jeff tried to fix it, but put in 2 faulty engines and then i broke down on grapevine twice.. i finally went to subaru and they told me he didn't even replace the gaskets. he forgot to put the water reservoir for the wipers.. also he removed and did not replace the brand new air conditioning unit. i tried to get a partial refund which he agreed to but never went thru with it. he had my car for 9 months and couldn't fix it...subaru said to sue him... beware of this place ITS A SCAM... i even gave them 3k to start.. i guess that's on me..... heads up people... if there was a negative star review i would have used that...i just think that if you have someone fix your car it should last the week...!!!!

I was so upset I actually just filled a complaint against them for shoddy work ..they kept my car 9 months and couldn't fix itfix it..had to take to the dealership and I filled a complaint against them on the bureau of auto repair ...IService: Auto engine diagnostic

Best European car mechanics in town. Hot rods are also their thing. Jeff the owner had one of the best 930 turbo slant cab I had ever seen in the 90's. Highly recommend trying them out.

I went to Newport Mesa Auto Body & Repair on 2 different occasions, at the recommendation of a friend. Both times were absolutely awesome! On one occasion, I showed Jeff a list of extensive repairs that a different business said I needed (unsolicited by me - just went for an oil change). I was not trusting this advice, so I took it to Jeff and Eddie. They were so professional and thorough. They told me that I did not need the extensive repairs and showed me what I will eventually need. Both men were so nice, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely take my car for all services in the future, and I have already recommended them to several friends!!! I am totally confident that I will never get "ripped off" at Newport Mesa Auto Body and Repair!!

I know that when anything is done it is done right,and thorough. They're are honest and always take the conservative route. They won't tell you it needs to be fixed if it doesn't, they do complete and comprehensive trouble shooting. This is the best quality auto shop.
