Joseph is a solid honest business owner. Had a drain clog that we ultimately couldn’t solve, but he was honest before, during, and after the attempt and didn’t try to upsell or use any bait and switch like some other plumbers do. Thank you!

I highly recommend Joe and Newport Mesa Drains. He unclogged my kitchen sink and triple-checked his work to ensure everything was running smoothly. Some added bonuses were; he showed up on time, very friendly and efficient, reasonably priced and didn't try to upsell anything extra. He does quality work, didn't leave behind a mess and overall did a great job for me!

The sink in my guest bathroom was clogged and water was not draining even after trying to snake the drain. Then the toilet and sink in my master bathroom start experiencing issues too!
I'm SO GLAD I came across Newport - Mesa Drains aka Joseph! Not only was he great at communication, he was on time and showed up when he said he would, he was also very transparent about costs and showed the utmost professionalism. He was able to fix the clog in my guest sink quickly but the issue with my master bath toilet and sink were a bigger issue. He diligently tried to resolve the issue the most cost effective route but after multiple efforts, he ended up having to remove the toilet to unclog the main. And when I say he was diligent, I mean, the man went up and down from my roof to access the roof vent MULTIPLE times before he had to result to removing the toilet. Not only that, but HE CLEANED UP THE BATHROOM after the fact. I am also very appreciative about how he took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and where and what the root cause of the issues were.
I feel like a weight has been lifted now! THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH JOSEPH!
Overall, if you're looking for someone who will be honest and transparent with costs with you, is reasonably priced, provides great service, I highly recommend him and I'm definitely going to be a returning customer!
