My wife spent 45 minutes trying to return items she had bought at the Nike store at South Coast Plaza. Even though she had the original receipt, the store’s system failed to recognize it, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, both the staff and the manager questioned her honesty. They even reviewed video footage from the day of purchase to confirm that she actually bought the items. Once they realized she was telling the truth, there was no apology, no acknowledgment of their mistake—nothing. The manager and staff avoided eye contact and refused her simple request to issue a new gift card so she could pass it along as originally intended. It was a disappointing and unnecessary ordeal, made worse by rude behavior and poor customer service.

I wanted to share my positive experience here at Nike. I went in to buy some shoes with my boyfriend. We were assisted by DC in finding our shoe sizes. Who was very kind and helpful during the process. After we were helped by the cashier I believe her name is Jenn at check out, she told us about how if we downloaded the Nike app, we could receive a coupon of 15% off. She was so patient and sweet while I downloaded the app and registered. That was such a thoughtful thing to do. She really went above and beyond. I left the store very happy with my experience and our new shoes!

Zero customer service here. I was looking at the shoes for at least 15 minutes and there were at least six employees standing nearby chit chatting but no one asked me. I waved at them and one girl came. I asked for my shoes size. She brought the shoes out and just left without saying a word. I tried the shoes and waved at that girl again, she saw me but ignored, another guy came.

Incredible Service & Perfect Shoes!
I had an amazing experience at the Nike store in South Coast Plaza! DC helped me out, and he is truly a legend—he’s been working here for 28+ years and is incredibly knowledgeable. I’m a big walker (basically as fast as a runner), but I don’t like traditional walking shoes. DC completely understood what I needed and took the time to find the right size, right style, and best fit for me. He had me try on different pairs until I was completely happy with my choice.
I ended up getting the Women’s ZoomX Invincible Run 3, and it’s not only super comfortable but also absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
If you’re looking for expert guidance and next-level customer service, ask for DC. He knows his stuff, makes the process easy, and truly cares about finding you the perfect shoe.

Came to Nike not really knowing my size and fit after wearing Vans forever.
DC was awesome, patient, kind and reassuring helping me figure out the right fit for shoes and comfortability. A cut from a different cloth of customer care.

Had issues trying to return my shoes I bought online. Staff was very friendly and went beyond to fix my issue and get me my return. I was able to grt my metcon9 in black easyon great shoes for working out.
