Been working with Richard for some time now (though when he is gone, I've worked with everyone else - and they are all amazing). Not only did I lose over 60lbs in the beginning, but when I started to put some weight back on when life threw me some curve balls, Richard did a fantastic job not making me feel guilty and would help me shave it right back off. He (and all the other trainers) is easy to talk to, definitely knows his stuff regarding fitness, and I actually don't dread going to work out like I always have in the past. Would highly recommend. The trainers there are awesome, and it's a great price for what you get.

I am so happy I found a personal trainer for my mom! Johnny is an amazing personal trainer that truly cares for his clients. Everyone we have met here at the gym are so passionate with what they do! We are so blessed we found this place. I would highly recommend this place for those who are looking for a personal trainer.

I’m very happy I decided to get back into health and fitness after a few years off.No Excuse Fitness has been the perfect fit for me. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. Jay, my personal trainer, is awesome. I’ve never enjoyed working out but he makes it enjoyable because I know he wants me to reach my fitness goals.Richard, the owner, obviously cares about his staff and the clients.I plan my n going to No Excuse Fitness for many years to come.

My husband and I started to work out with No Excuse Fitness, 6 months ago : we have been going for couple sessions, twice a week.Booking a session is so easy and smooth (big thank you to May), the place fits our expectations, and we really appreciate the different trainers we worked with. The owner, Richard, cares about his team and his customers. We love working with Johnny : he knows our capacity, pushes us, always respecting our bodies and preventing injuries. Thank you, Johnny, for making our mornings “goooood” !

No excuse fitness is incredible!! Nothing but great things to say. Johnny, our trainer, has been nothing but supportive and motivating throughout our journey. My fiancé and I do couples sessions with Johnny and he adapts the workouts to both of our needs and goals. This gym and Johnny are continuing to help us regain strength and improve ourselves. We are so lucky to have found this place!

There’s no other gym like No Excuse FPT. I have been training here for the past two years while working remotely. And look forward to working out. The staff and clients are friendly and welcoming. My trainer Lauren keeps me motivated and enthusiastically encourages me to keep on. She has taught me exercises and tweaks that keep me toned and strong. Highly recommend.

Been training here for several months now and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The owner, Richard, is really pleasant and always checking on clients to see how they’re doing. My trainer, Lauren, is amazing on giving me the extra push I need to achieve my goals. She is knowledgable, motivating, and always making sure that I enjoy my work outs. I have completed 24 sessions with her so far, and I have gained more muscles than before, I feel healthier and stronger, and I look forward to my session with her every week. Plus, all the staff here are really encouraging, friendly, and welcoming no matter what level of fitness you’re at. I highly recommend this place!

After several years of no exercise it was well past the time for me to do something about it. A friend of mine saw No Excuse Fitness and brought me in there and that’s where I met Lauren the best trainer on the planet. I was really intimidated about being so out of shape and the last thing in the world I wanted to do was workout but I knew honestly that my life probably depended upon it. Lauren made it so easy and gave me a free workout. We talked about my goals and she came up with a personalized workout for me three days a weeks. This place is saving my life. Within a few weeks I started to really see results and she makes it fun. Every workout not only isolates specific muscle groups but works muscles I didn’t even know I had. It’s the most efficient program I’ve ever used, and is amazing how in just thirty minutes so much can be done and how fast I’ve seen results. Richard the owner is great and all the other trainers I’ve met are super knowledgeable and upbeat. It’s like family.

I have been training at No Excuse Fitness for a few years. Every trainer I have had is excellent. My latest trainer is Lauren Leonard. She is very upbeat, encouraging, and always delivers a demanding workout. I am definitely a senior citizen but she is not afraid to push me to my limits.

I highly recommend this gym if you are serious about getting in shape and learning the proper technique so you don't hurt yourself. My wife and I are both over 60 and my wife has cancer. We have been athletic all our life until my wife was stricken with cancer and suffering a stroke which left her only 30% mobility on her left side The owner Richard explained what he could do to help my wife and I and we came down for a free visit. The trainer assigned was Johnny Martin who has to one of the most compassionate trainers I ever met. His patience is unbelievable and his attention to my wife needs met beyond my expectations. My wife and Johnny soon developed a tight bond even when she doesn't feel well she goes for training and leaves with a big smile.Johnny also trains me and help me lose 30 pounds off of my 6'2 frame. I played sports at a high level he is by far the best trainer I ever had. Richard is a big guy who knows his business, people and offers you the best training advice of any gym in OC at an affordable rate. Why pay for some corporate business who doesn't give a hoot about you.His trainers are all top notch and friendly. If you need to get in shape come to No Excuse Gym!

I have been training at No Excuse Fitness with my trainer Lauren for several months now and I cannot recommend this place enough. All the trainers here are knowledgable, motivating, and make you feel comfortable no matter what level of fitness you're at. I started searching for a personal trainer to help me get into my best shape before my wedding in April. Before I started training here I was going to the gym 2-3 times a week but wasn't getting the results I wanted. When I first joined, Richard (the owner of this gym) and Lauren took the time to find out my end goals and what it is I would like to achieve. Then I started training with Lauren 3x/week, and she has helped me achieve my goals and gives me the extra push I needed. Having Lauren as my personal trainer has been a big help in transforming and strengthening my body. Lauren takes the time to find out which exercise I enjoy doing and which exercise I don't, when I don't think I could lift anymore weights she always encourages me that I can do it, and when I struggle to do certain exercise (my right elbow is recovering from tendonitis) she would find the way to modify the movement to make it possible for me, all of which makes me appreciate her even more as my trainer. Hiring a trainer is easy, but finding one that is passionate in helping you get stronger and believes that you can do it is everything you need to achieve your goals. Now that I have 24 training sessions completed and many to go, my body fat percentage went down, I have build more muscles than before, and I'm feeling stronger than ever. So, whether you're looking to get yourself ready for any big event, or to get healthier and stronger, while surrounding yourself with great, family-like people in a fun, positive, and motivating environment, then No Excuse Fitness is the place for you. Highly recommend!

I joined No Excuse Fitness Personal Training 6 months ago and it has been an incredible experience since day 1. Unlike a traditional gym, I am always looking forward to my next session because its never monotonous or repetitive. Working with Richard I have changed my body and eating habits, and have had fun every step of the way.

I've been coming to No Excuse Fitness for a little over a year. It's the only fitness thing I've been able to stick with! I love the family-owned vibe. Richard, the owner, knows customers by name and makes you feel at home. The trainers are experienced and care about your well-being. I would recommend No Excuse to anyone!

I came to No Excuses with the goal of getting more consistent with my workouts and loosing some weight and they have helped do that and then some! My personal trainer there has structured workouts to fit my body type and what I am trying to achieve. They have gone even further in making sure I'm eating right, sending me meals plans and showing me different a apps and things to help with health. The staff is great and extremely accommodating. You can tell the goal for them is to get you looking and feeling good.
