I went to this store on my birthday to purchase rings for myself and for my guests, around 50 pieces in total. I intentionally went dressed down with no designer items because I like to shop incognito when I’m making larger purchases and I want to see whether the service stays consistent. Unfortunately, this store didn’t pass the test.
Before going, I called to confirm whether they were offering the same sale that appears online, and I was told yes. When I arrived, the items available online were nowhere to be found. It was a complete waste of time.
The assistant manager also didn’t seem interested in assisting at all. I own a lot of Pandora jewelry, and the customer service here is honestly disappointing. I’m not surprised they moved to a smaller unit because with service like this, I can see why they struggled in the bigger unit. I can sense a future store closing in this location.
Calling the attention of corporate. Please retrain or replace the team at this location, because the experience is far from the standard Pandora is known for.

I came to exchange a rose gold ring I purchased at a different location 2 weeks ago. The ring was already tarnished. I DO NOT wear lotion on my hands or wear the ring with other rings. The assistant manager kept insisting that it was my fault. The ring was then replaced after I had to purchase the protection plan for it. I do not appreciate the insistance of the assistant manager to blame me. The assistant store manager then left to help someone else. Saba i believe was her name was sweet and agreed that two weeks was way to fast for this ring to be damaged that fast. Dont bother coming to this location customer serbice is the worst. Terrible customer service!

My dad went to Pandora South Coast Plaza wanting the same necklace his friend had because he liked it. Mashuda laughed when he said he wanted one for himself and was otherwise rude and dismissive. He left feeling unwelcome and will never go back-seriously, it's 2025.

HORRIBLE customer service. They really do not care about you unless you’re buying. They are dismissive and just over horrible customer service employees. Fatemeh and the assistant manager were awful and no help. Fatemeh literally told me to go to the downtown disney store when I asked her if they had something in stock, when i asked her if it was for sure in stock over there she checked and said no so she ended up trying to send me to a store 25 miles away… she tried sending me to a different store rudely without fact checking first. Please do not come here, i really hope these people get another customer service training or SOMETHING. I can see why the reviews to this store are really bad.

Horrible customer service. Went in there to change sizes for my daughters bracelet and they were having system issues. They were Not able to pull up my purchase history and said that were would need to come back in the store at another date to exchange the bracelet. We drove 30 min to get there and had to drive back in 5 o'clock traffic empty handed. There used to be a time and a place where customer service meant something and companies were willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Seems those times are gone or at least witth this company they are. The management lacks empathy and was unwilling to contact another store to verify the purchase was done. Its literally a cheapo bracelet.. exchange it and be done. However they have now lost a customer who will no longer be spending his money with a company who cant even make accommodations for its customers who are spending money. Do not buy from this company. THEY DO NOT CARE!

Terrible customer service.
Went in with my girlfriend for engravings and was treated poorly because we looked younger than everyone else in the store. Decided not to buy our jewelry here. Happily left in less than 5 minutes of entering.

Terrible customer service! I was excited to get my first pandora bracelet there today. My brother and I first had to wait in line for 15 min before coming in which was understandable considering it was a bit crowded. However, when we enter the store, store associates acted like I was invisible. We were waiting in front of their table with 2-3 workers right in front of us for nearly 10 minutes and not a single person look up to acknowledge our presence let alone offer assistance. I would have been willing to be patience and wait until they can help me. But not even greeting customers coming in or acknowledge them, this is the first time I received this kind of customer service in any store! And when I ask if they can assist me in showing me some bracelet they have, the lady just told me to look over the catalog and went on ignoring us again. That was the last draw for us to walk out.

One star. We were buying a birthday gift for a friend.And then we asked one of the workers to help us and her name was Rory. Instead of giving us options she gave us a website to choose even though we asked her to help choose and not “Do you have more?” This is why it is 1 star.

WORST experience ever! I went with my family to go try on a bracelet, we waited outside for about 10-15 mins. There were a few people ahead of us that were waiting as well. The sales clerk, Angelica, let in the people in front of us then rudely cut us off and spoke in a condescending tone telling us “you’ll have to wait another 40 minutes until you can come in.” It was a huge turn off considering I was excited to make a purchase. The attitude this lady had was INSANE. I don’t get how Pandora can ever hire such people like her. I like Pandoras jewelry but with people like her as a sales person, I’d rather take my money elsewhere. It was such a let down and I’ll think twice to back again to this location.

Went there with my daughter who was excited to purchase a few pieces of jewelry. We waited outside the shop for about 10 mins then the sales clerk Angelica, let in 4 customers then quickly stopped and looked at us and rudely told us “you will have to wait 30-40 mins to come in.” Excuse me but don’t you want to sell your products? Why would you hire a person with ZERO customer service who turns customers away like that?! I was surprised especially since I’ve been coming to South Coast Plaza for years and haven’t experienced such. They need to do better with their hires especially for being a high end mall. I hope no one else ever comes across an experience like mine, my daughter and I were very disappointed. Do better with your hires Pandora.

This location is weird. They cancelled my order for online pick-up (3 hours later) claiming that the store was temporarily closed…but they were in fact, still open. And no the item was not out of stock, they just didn’t want to fulfil it for whatever reason. According to a previous review, there just what they do here. Smh

Went in December to get my ring cleaned, they told me to come back after the holidays. I went today and now they told me I would have to leave my ring there and pick it up from 2-3 weeks.
