Recently came here to get BFG KO2s for my Ford Ranger. They matched competitive prices and tires were mounted. I noticed when I picked up the truck that some minor scratches were on the shiny black rims. Armando did a great job in rectifying this by arranging to have the rims sent to a wheel restoration shop.
Now my new tires look great on new looking rims!

Brought in vehicle for brake inspection for strange noises from rear brakes and result was brake pads replaced for free under warranty. Our service advisor Armando was very friendly and communicative throughout the process nice to see they support their warranty. Would recommend.

Appreciate Pep Boys a lot!! Every location operates fairly and they seem to be reliable. I'm very impressed. The long time manager (Kelly) is really nice and his employees (Armando) too!! They share their expertise and don't want to cheat you! I had an issue with my car and my dealer literally was trying to rob me blind. Pep Boys was fair priced and I'm very grateful!! Will be back again and again!!

Driving an Avis rental car and the low oil light went off. I was instructed to take the car here and to my surprise they topped off the oil immediately. Had to use the restroom and it was spotless as was the waiting room.
