Amazing quilt and beading shop! The first time I was there was over 35 years ago, very small at the time. They have now acquired the entire building with an upstairs. I spent hours looking around the quilting is so amazingly different from your everyday quilting. They have classes to teach this unique way to quilt some with ribbons and beads. I purchased three of the calendar quilt patterns and received two patterns for free from the free basket. I do not get to California often however you can order online and have them shipped. Truly an awesome experience to say the least and everyone is nice to talk to.

This is one of my favorite places! They have a little bit of everything. I go for inspiration, classes, thrifting, antiques, linens, sewing, yarn, and quilting admiring. I found out this last time about table space to rent very inexpensively to set up your own sewing machine and work, which is a daily rate and includes lunch. There is a cafe/ tea room with delicious treats and chocolates at the front. My daughters and I love to pick out buttons, and they have a barrel full. My whole family enjoys visiting this shop, because there is so much to see and something for everyone.

I have never been to a store like this I love everything about it so many things to look at if you're a crafter. They have classes for all kinds of crafts. Everybody that works there is so knowledgeable. We went on the weekend that they were having a craft fair. There was so much to do. We had to find parking on the side street down the road.

This is as good as it gets!!!I can shop here for one of a kind and always find it.I can have tea or coffee and a scone for breakfastor a great lunch. Folks are very nice and kind and no drama to be found ever!Classes...a chance to learn something you don't know how to, or get better at something you know. Most of the classes you will not see anyplace else because a lot of the teachers are keeping very old forms of art alive by passing it on.The entire place is wonderful, and don't even get me started on the construction crew, they do everything from electrical to rebuilds and beyond. They have also done work for our condo complex. Always first rate, on time, very fair, and you will get just what you ask for. PS : Special sewing classes for the little future clothing designers in your life.Kelly Craft Abram

I walked in and felt this is going to be exciting. Like no other quilt shop I have been to. It really is like a general store. They have everything you can imagine for traditional quilting, art quilting, fiber arts, yarns, buttons, ribbons, and all kinds of embroidery. Books on every subject for inspiration. They have a room with all the samples for classes. My mouth just watered, and my brain twitched with excitement. You can sign up right there or online. On Saturdays they have a different instructor giving free demostrations. There are many employees, and they are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Up stairs, there is a classroom and a vintage clothing store and used books. You can also smell something delicious coming from the bakery kitchen. They make homemade pies right on site. Good way to sweeten up your honey for being gone so long to this gem of a store. This will be my getaway place and the only quilt store I will need.

Oh my goodness. Where should I start? Fabric, yarn, beads, buttons, thread, sewing and knitting implements, craft supplies, and lessons. I could go on and on and never finish. You have to go and see for yourself. When you are finished shopping, or even before, visit the tearoom for a snack or a full meal. You won't be sorry. Most of all, have fun then do it all over again.

I always thought Piecemakers was for quilting classes and knitting, even baking classes plus quality tools. But I recently needed a real clean outside the house. The weeds were just out of control and the regular gardener didn't want to deal with it.A friend recommended them also for their connected company,PIECEMAKERS CONSTRUCTION! They do all kinds of jobs. First Dougcame out and inspected the property and then they gave me a bid. And we agreed. They arrived exactly 10 minutes before they were due in order for the crew of three men who spent five hours clearing the land flat!!! they took everything out the roots and all it was totally clean except for the two plants that I asked them to go around and it didn't even show that it was different!I am so impressed that I am going to ask them to help me with my porch revival this summer! Another landscaper came two years ago &Cut it down flat but didn't pull out the roots. Piecemakers cost me more than that fella did but the job they did was absolutely worth every single penny!!! Highly Recommend!!!
