If you want to lose your money at the hands of an inept bank, go here. Incompetence at every turn which is served with a side of non-accountability.

Best banking experience I've had in a long time. 40 years with Wells Fargo and recently opened high interest CD and couldn't be happier with entire experience. Greeted when I walked in, offered coffee and cookies. I was schedule with Raekwon and from greeting to completion experience was fantastic. Now considering moving more funds over based on initial impression.

I like the the bank but their availability and customer service is poor. If you have a problem on the weekend or after hours you have to wait until Monday through Friday during the day to call. Even then often you get a voice message. Kind of scary if you have a problem that needs to be taken care of.I am used to a bank like Wells Fargo where you can call them 7 24 and resolve a problem.

This bank is awful. Everything is extremely inconvenient, they don't answer the phone, or do anything to help. Such a waste of time and money.

Don't waste your time or money working with this bank. They need to put their entire staff through bank training to learn policies. Horrible customer service as well. Stay away.

We love Poppy Bank! The employees are always friendly and helpful. Their interest rate om a money market has been the highest I can find for over a year now, amd when our term expired, they automatically gave ua their best rate (unlike our other banks). Highly recommend!

BEWARE!This is the worst place to bank, the employees are unprofessional, rude, manipulative and they are always on their phone and gossiping.Elyse does not know any basic banking and the branch manager (Mallorie Melconian) is a complete dummy and a lier.I am glad there is only 1 branch in San Diego hopefully they don’t expand this is the worst place to bank. Do not bank here!

Every time I call the Costa Mesa bank, I have been served by Dillon (don't know his last name). He is super pleasant and caring. He also goes by the rules, asking for identification. Thank you, Dillon.

I guess this is the Frightened Bank. They won't open a new account on the spot. Instead, you bring all your paperwork, fill out many forms and get interviewed (but I didn't need a job). Then, after REVIEW by the manager--if they deem you worthy to give them your money--you can come back another day to open the account. How convenient. Hey Poppy--there are lots of banks.
