Had a bag that needed repair & it ended up coming back even worse (honestly the material was just very difficult to work with) Stephanie the manager was kind enough to help me resolve my unhappiness. I traded it for another bag that was more practical for my daily needs. They helped turn a bad situation into a good one and restore my faith in the brand. There was another manager that helped me too, she had glasses but I forgot her name, Brandon assisted as well, thank you all!

Rude people, they lack on customer service, they don’t treat you like a valuable customer. I rather go to any other Prada and get treated with dignity and respect!! Never going back to Costa Mesa!

shahd, was the sales associate for the purchase that we made. When we went to go pick up my order we waited for someone to help us, Brandon was the sales associate who eventually helped us. He was arrogant, rude didn't like his tone of voice the typical sales associate in Costa Mesa that thinks their superior. We waited there for a while, before we got help. We didn't even get offered complementary drink. This is the main reason I don't go shopping to south coast plaza. I rather go to San Diego and get treated with respect and a valued customer. Will not be returning to this location!

i know luxury stores tend to have a bad reputation for hit or miss service but usually i don’t have much to complain about.
however my last trip to this prada pushed me to this review. the manager here is so rude and judgmental. i have been here twice and dealt with her. she knew i was already a customer with prada and made no real effort to help me and made it really clear i should just give up and leave. i have never been so aggravated.
i also see some reviews mentioning how nice some of the other SAs are and i would caution that they are volatile.
if you are able to just go to the Rodeo Drive store don’t be intimidated! they are always nice and helpful there.
this is also a tiny and dingy store

Shad was amazing. I walked in and her smile was so warm! I wasn’t going to buy anything but wound up walking out with a charm and a card holder. She just made me feel comfortable! Will gladly contact her later for more things!

This is by far the dirtiest designer store I have ever walked into... The carpet is absolutely disgusting. I went in looking to purchase a purse but I just couldn't do it!. The combination between the bad smell through the store in a disgusting looking carpet It was too much. It is unacceptable to charge 4K + for a purse and have the store and these conditions. Do not waste your time going to this store. You will be disappointed .

I recently had a disappointing experience at Prada. Despite being a loyal customer who has spent thousands here, the customer service during a recent exchange was disheartening. I purchased boots for Christmas, but unfortunately, the size was a bit too small. When I tried to exchange them, the staff was rude and insisted on a petty reason - a hair strand in the box. Instead of accommodating a loyal customer within the 30-day return period, they prioritized avoiding a minimal loss. They would rather the customer lose $2,500 not being able to wear the boots. It's disheartening when other designer stores are more accommodating in similar situations. Think twice before investing your money here. #PradaExperience
