Advertised Black Friday deals as going through Monday but then stopped them on Sunday. On top of that, many items were “out of stock” until the sale ended and then they were miraculously back in stock. Sketchy practices but not surprised when you read about who owns this company.

Customer service was not the greatest. It's upsetting when you are looking to purchase some beautiful dresses and they give you a bad attitude. So a young lady was sweet and out of nowhere a guy that was on his phone by the register walked over towards me and asked for my size and immediately said "sorry we don't really carry that size" but yet I found several dresses my size. He didn't even bother to really help he just gave me bad attitude and headed back to the register to get back on his phone. The sweet lady was no longer sweet, I was browsing some non sale items and she gave me attitude saying "Sorry those are not on sale" ummmm I didn't even ask but okay I almost ran out of there because nobody deserved that kind of experience or negativity.

Overall you pay pretty much for the product but the quality is not as good as the amount of money you pay and it is hard to persuade the sales people to accept the badness of product like fading the color. I had to answer lots of questions as if I am in the courtroom.
