They don't even deserve 1 star. One of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I rented a 10ft uhaul truck over the weekend to move some furniture into storage. I returned the truck a day later on time with the fuel at the correct level and only drove the uhaul 45 miles. I never received a formal receipt or charge on my card so I went back to them to figure out what happened. Turns out the accidentally linked me up with a different customer's account and charged me for double the amount of miles I actually drove. They would not accommodate me so I ended up contacting uhaul customer service directly. What a mess and shame on this Rent One for not taking responsibility for their mistake and making it right for the customer. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED Off!

Excellent service, beyond what I could expect. I really needed to rent a piece of equipment quickly, and I needed it delivered and picked up. Rent 1, with Manny at the helm, went beyond their regular scope of required service to help me out on short notice and with complete professionalism.I am very grateful to Manny and the Rent1 Co. for being there when I really needed assistance. Fair price. Highly recommended.

Showed up for my reservation. Guess what wasn't ready, with no one at the counter to help! That's right, any of the employees here.Then they cancelled my reservation.When I asked the lady about it when I got in, she was super combative.Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere

There are multiple U Haul dealers within several miles no reason to use Rent 1, equipment rentals, why risk it. This review is NOT about U-Haul, love em. This is about the Rent 1 Equipment Rentals which is an authorized U-Haul dealer.

We picked up our U-haul rental and went to right to the gas station to fill up with gas. My husband noticed that the truck was looking unbalanced. We went ahead and loaded our truck with our belongs. My husband decided to take it to a U-haul rental in Huntington Beach to have the tires checked. That is when we were informed we were given a truck with two bad tires on the drivers back. Inner was flat and the outer was bald. I am very fortunate that my husband has an eye to notice the tires did not look right. If we would of taken this out on the hectic 405 who knows what would of happened. The other tires also did not have the appropriate air pressure. Do not rent from them for your safety. Apparently they do not service the truck before customer pick-up.

This is about the Rent 1 Equipment Rentals which is an authorized U-Haul dealer. Manny is very ill-tempered and rude. I have rented an incredible number of U Hauls in multiple stats in my life and NEVER have I been talked to like this man talked to me. Some of the comments include “You must be blindâ€, “We are not stealing from you†and “Ae you really that ignorantâ€. He raises his voice and talks over you. I have filed a formal complaint with U-Haul.

Manny and his family are the best. I've rented equipment and trailers from him over a few years now. I recommend everyone I know to rent from rent 1. I've always had fast friendly service there. Thank youðŸ‘ðŸ¼
