Terrible service, the worst care, it is the closest pharmacy to me but it is better to go to another pharmacy. I wish the owner would see the terrible service they provide. It's a shame I have to give it 1 star.

Pharmacist wouldn’t allow me to pick up medication at 8pm because it was supposedly late at night even though they are open until 10pm and said to come back tomorrow even though it is a time sensitive medication

Hours listed online are incorrect. Tried to call pharmacy at 7pm and was told pharmacy closed at 6pm. Website said open until 10PM today.. Now have to wait till tomorrow to pick up meds I'm out of...
Update: So according to the website they open at 8am. I call at 8:45 and told they don't open till 9. People depend on this place for medications. I'll never try to fill here again because they are unreliable.

Pharmacist is dismissive / unhelpful. Over the counter stock is miserable. I will be changing my pharmacy immediately. Excited for Rite Aid to go out of business.

I understand why the ratings are so low here. There is one pleasant employee. The rest are just not very nice. They don't seem to like their jobs. Update 2023: seems they got better management. Much friendlier.

No wonder these douchebags are going out of business. I had a prescription sent over around 4 pm went and had dinner out with my sister. Can back before 6pm and of the 3 prescription items the only one that was ready I didn't want. Waited 40 minutes and as he was about to ring it up I said I had a coupon. He said you are supposed to let us know before and the pharmacist that packed it left.. If you wanna wait another half an hour. I grudgingly paid for it and walked over the drop off window. Surprise there's no sign telling you that's their policy. I'll be glad when these stores close because they are not helpful.

I have ALWAYS had the BEST service from Rite Aid!! Their pharmacists are always thorough and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients. Also, the Ice Cream is INCREDIBLE!**On a side note, it is ironic how some reviewers here are quick to demonize the attentive staff, simply because they only speak English (here in America, imagine that!)**

The pharmacy has the most horrific customer service anywhere. Whatever their system is to fulfill orders and actually serve customers it needs to be thrown out and rebuilt... Always a long slow line with the workers behind the counter ignoring it, once you finally get to the counter, they will tell you that your order won't be ready for another 30 minutes and to go sit down and wait for them to move their azzes. It is the worst run customer service operation in the WORLD!

I checked Yelp to confirm when they close and when it said they were still open I made the trip over here only to find out that they were already closed. So frustrating. Update your store hours!

I just called this place to ask if they had bandaids and the guy at the register who answered tells me he cant go look and I can drive over if I want. How lazy is that. I have never called a store were a WORKER cant go check if they have something for a customer. I wont shop here again.
