Interesting that after I read the negative reviews, they all seem to correlate to my experience. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Brought my car in, Raul looked at it. Told me to follow up to get pricing. I did what I was told, called 3 times, sent 3 emails and a text over a 2 week period. Every time I was told I would get a call back, nothing. Now the scope of my job was not large. However, in my line of work, if one I can't or one doesn't want to take the job on......have some integrity. Have the courtesy to call back and say no. I've done it in my professional life.Now, if you have a job that is gonna make them a ton of money, you would probably get a call back but again, if they dont want the job, then they shouldn't be a chicken $hit and avoid. Be an adult.Overall this falls under the same issues I have read based on negative ratings..... terrible customer service

Last month, I took my mom’s Dodge Caravan in for a new headliner. The old one was hanging down, it was embarrassing. They got me in, and matched the liner perfectly. I was so pleased and really appreciated the professional manner and the way everything was done. It meant a lot to me. It was my mom and dad’s van. He passed about a year ago, and having this van look great once again means the world to my mom and myself. So thank you Robert’s Auto Trim. I will always come back to your shop.

I've never had Upholstery work done before but I can bet that it's not supposed to be this terrible. I wish they had some redeeming qualities to make up for it but no not even 1. I'd say that at least the guy answering the phones is pleasant. Overcharged me for the work, took way too long, no apologies or compensation of any kind for the inconvenience. Just an all around horrible experience. Maybe it was just me and others have had a good experience but man this place and its owner really disappointed me. I wasn't even informed that I was being charged more! Stay away from this place.

2008 Mercedes-Benz e350 had a tear in the driver receipt where all the Mercedes driver seats tear. Made an appointment to drop it off on a Monday afternoon and it was done Tuesday afternoon. It looks like new. . People who work there are fantastic organised and extraordinarily polite and friendly.

I had the lining of my hard top convertible replaced. The job was professionally done and in half a day.The material installed was different that the original, but it was a good match. I felt I got a good price based on other estimates I had in the past.Mr. Raul Jara was very diligent throughout the job.

I brought a motorcycle seat in to get re-covered. It wasn't in the best shape and could require more extensive work, which I understood. However. They had it for two and a half weeks without trying to take a look at it and give any sort of estimate. When I got the seat (without a cover) they did no work, other than them cutting the foam so it was completely unusable. Really poor experience.

I have been to Roberto's shop three separate times always asking for a quote. All I get from Raul (the owner)- What's my budget? I mentioned I don't know - then Raul either ignores me or walks away. I never received a quote, no calls back ever. Very poor service. He wouldn't even take the time to make eye contact with me as he looked down on his phone while I spoke. I assumed reupholstering my seats might be a job they wanted, but I was mistaken. Mystified on why anybody would treat new customers like this.

Brought my mustang in to have the upholstery on the doors replaced and they did a great job! Completed in a few hours and they even replaced one of my seat release levers that had broken off, which I hadn't asked them to do! Would definitely recommend them!

Professional and detail oriented! The heatwave melted the glue on my back window and it fell in. I called Roberto's to inquire about replacing the soft top on my 2003 Mazda Miata. I sent photos to Raul and he responded very quickly. The price was right and replacement scheduled. A new Robbins (made in USA) top was ordered and carefully installed by his fabulous team! They even fixed the floppy latch!

Today was another of the many times I've done business with Roberto's. I needed to repair and replace the center console armrest in my Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Greg , the technician there went above and beyond to ensure that the console was repaired properly and the replacement parts were installed correctly. As usual, the owner Raul was fair when it came to what the whole thing would cost me. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks guys.

Went into this place to get a estimate on some work and within a minute I realized that this place was a completely waste of time . Unfriendly. When I heard Valerie left I can see why this place is crap. The owner Raul is a complete disrespectful rude dirt bag . Never returned calls or texts .

This review was long overdue. These guys, his crew and Raul were amazing in the care for my car. Honest, trustworthy, and most of all very, very fair in price. Was there for about 2 1/2 hours and the gentleman/men working on my car, worked on it the whole entire time. Fixed my convertible top issue I had, fixed my leather door trim and a broken visor that had snapped since the day I purchased the vehicle. They not only showed the outmost respect and care for my care, they also became my friends! I will continue to come back for future repairs and have been telling everyone about them ! They deserve the recognition they deserve! Hard workers and like I said FAIR & HONEST! Not like the dealer I had went too who were completely ripping me off and taking advantage of me. These men work with there heart and souls into cars. Outmost respect for this business.
