I'm actually touched the star by accident! I had a very bad experience there. I went with my father to return a pair of jeans because I know translation would be hard for him. I told them we lost the receipt. They called a manager they checked the tags were still on them. The manager asked what date we purchased the items . We tried our best to remember because honestly I don't remember when exactly I go shopping. But I had bought something at Nordstroms that day and I figured it out by looking at that card transaction. Then she asked what register I had bought it from. I chuckled when she asked and said "what?" I don't know . Apparently that would help the process. I told her the first three for sure. But that's all I can remember. They said they weren't sure how long it would take . Ok I want to look for a dress so I'll be here shopping 15 mins went by I checked status with the register people , nothing. Walked around checked another 15 mins nothing. Then another, nothing. Then my dad noticed the manager was helping others. I went to ask her what happened? She said sorry come back when you have your receipt. At this point I did turn into a bitch and no excuse for how ugly I sounded because the whole store was looking at me . She said I came to look for you and you left the Register so I'm done. I told her if she wanted me to wait somewhere she should have told me. I would've. And I told her I kept checking with your girls no one said you were done. I was mad I waited almost an hour for that!!! I said NO you go back there and find it this is bull shit!! She went back but sent a second manager that explained the policy which is no returns with out a receipt well I said that's what you should've said before you waisted an hour and lied about what you all were gonna do. She said come back when you have a receipt which basically means don't come back. And I honestly won't! While I was there there was another lady yelling at the poor front register girls who I know can't help the stupid policy, but it's not so much the policy it's how they waisted my time and gave a shit. And the way they talked to a person. Obviously this isn't the fullPrice Saks it's the discounted side . It shows by the way they handle their costumers. The day I shopped I spent $500 or so $$ there . To me that's a lot the jeans were $45 I was going to get another pair of shoes and a dress. Now I'll never go back there. And when they wonder why a store shut down or why they can't find a job because the stores close left and right. This is why. Forever 21 has the same policy but their girls literally circle that info look you in the eye and tell you no returns with out receipt and 30 days and final sale items!!! !Any way if you do shop there make sure no cash and save your receipt because even though they take all your info for "points" there system can't do much of anything else in the modern world!

Super unhappy with Saks Off 5th. I bought a pair of sunglasses for $160.00 at Saks Off 5th. The glasses broke after wearing them for less than 3 weeks. The store would not refund me for the broken glasses, poor quality, poor service , not a happy customer.

Their website is terrible updating the out of stock inventory. Especially the clearance items on sale are all out of stock. Still they will waste customers time keeping them on their site. If customers cant order, whats the purpose of having the item with sale price. When its out of stock. Its like keeping garbage on your site. Ask your IT team to clean up the items when not available. Or provide option to filter the items that are only available. You do have filter to pick up from store. But it dont work. Get them to better your search filter.

Saks OFF 5TH lacks any sort of customer service whatsoever. I don't know why I even bother coming in here, I never find anything I am interested in, and when I do they only have it in small or medium. There are team members seemingly everywhere but none of them are interested in helping anyone -- particularly at the registers. The only words they seem to know is "next customer". The racks and piles are usually a mess and the only people that look happy are the children running up and down the aisles. Hard pass.

i came to saks fifth avenue off fifth after the disappointing location in ontario mills and this place is a shithole the selection is horrible it's very sketchy in here and the lines are always long when i walked in the security alarm went off very loudly and everyone stared at me and i didn't have anything besides my purse with me WTF kind of shit is that the prices were good but horrible selection no offense everything looked very cheesy it smelled likeass in there i am never coming to a saks off fifth avenue ever again

I was super excited to shop at Saks off 5th in Costa Mesa. I found a pair of shoes , waited in line for 20 min. When I got home I realized there are two different prices for the same exact shoe. I called the store and see if I could get an adjustment. I was told that they go by the price on the shoe , I said it's the exact size and upc number . Jackie quickly told me to call back and speak to the store director , they would be back in 10 min. , I asked for corporate number she told my GOOD BYE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I tired looking for an email to email chief executive officer and my experience. I couldn't find just an email where you place your comment. I can spend my money anywhere . I think consignment stores are the way to go. Half the items look worn and returned . In fact my shoes look worn now that I'm taking a closet look and photographing.

I purchased a large suitcase from Saks off fifth Avenue. The minute I used it I landed at the airport and there is a stress fracture down by the wheel on my return flight the whole thing had cracked open and when I went and talked to the manager summer at Costa Mesa she let me know there's nothing they could do because it's been past 30 days and no one else had had an issue with it. She gave me a phone number to their online portal but they said they only assist with all my purchases. Then she told me to contact the airlines but everyone else is bag was just fine when we got to the airport why was it an airline issue.

High end store. Lots of discounts. You'll find Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, etc...great deals. Found the superstar addidas for $59 originally $80. I've been looking for these for awhile and found them here. Very large store. Up to 80% off.

I love to shop at this store and have been a constant customer for more than 25 years at Saks Fifth as well but today 2/11/22 I have a bad experience with an employee, he's wearing a copper polo shirt standing by the entry door. This guy is approached me with angry tone and said these items can't open then it needs to put a sign "Do not open". Definitely needs more training on customer service. If anyone in this store today will know who I'm talking about. I'll complain to Corp.

This store is super hit and miss. Plenty of employees here and yet again not a soul actually speaks to the customers. Oh wait security did say goodbye on my way out. I rarely find anything here but for some strange reason keep trying.
