I had a good experience here. I was in an accident over the weekend and called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in same day. Dr. Muhammad was so kind and personable, I have zero complaints. I received an order for my prescription and X-rays, and was on my way.

Very unaccommodating towards deaf clients. Cannot get through for any services. When asking about something they act very dismissive. Useless place. Good only for food and nothing else.

After 1 month of trying, I managed to schedule 1 appointment for my wife.During check-in we were informed that the consultation would cost 75USD and there would be a post consultation fee ranging from 185 to over 200USD...9???)That is: 75 + 185 = 260USD just to talk to the doctor. If there were exams included, the value would be higher.As my resources are limited, we could not accept the costs and I had to cancel the appointment. I was very disappointed because I can't pay for a health plan due to the high prices and that also doesn't change much because everything also has extra fees or co-pay (as they call it..).There is no free consultation for those who cannot pay.... Very disappointed...

Eternal hold. Poor relay and dispatching systemFrom what I have encountered with medical facilities is one of two things.Either they are on point and totally have their act together OR they don’t and per se the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing or has done.Unfortunately Sos has done shifted from the fore to the latter. Here’s why. When I called the first time it took way too long to get staff to pick up my call:.They are grossly understaffed .I am actually on hold with them right now. It is listed here that they close at 7 however I noticed after being on hold since 340 that at exactly 430 without notice that the on hold music stopped . Now, am I supposed to be some know all guru to say that they stop phone service 2 1/2 hours early? When there is no indication of early closure? The reason I am calling to begin with is because I was told I would be receiving a call back from a nurse “very shortly” so I can be discharged from a stroke rehab facility but it never happened because they evidentially either do not keep their word or don’t have much of s clue enough to call patients back like they say they will.Long story short: I am stuck here at a stroke rehab facility another day and night because these guys can’t keep their word, or don’t even have it together enough to know whether they are coming or going no less the patients they care for and that’s dangerous if you ask me.If you say you will call me back very shortly; I expect that call!By not following what you say will happen causes severe damage to your integrity and turn you into some cheap bottom of the barrel I have to trust with my health?No way am I going to put up with it, and that is the exact reason I will be changing my primary care provider. You snooze, you loose. I guess I can hang up now. They lost me, I’m done.

Took two weeks for a callback. After getting the email address to send my information to they never responded. After sending a email to Tony Edmond about not getting a response he informed me that right after I sent my information they ran out of money . As a few reviews have stated , I feel like the lack of help was due to my race

Good doctors and good destiny's. Terrible admin people. They don't answer the telephones. They tell you to come in and make an appointment. Very rude and unprofessional admin staff. All the admin people are taking breaks while the doctors and dentists work!

I went to get food initially but I asked about rental assistance and they gave me a email address to follow up about rental assistance. I emailed the gentleman and he said he couldn’t help me because I was more that one month behind, however that’s not what I was told in regards to help. They was supposed to help regardless if I met the criteria. I feel like because I’m not white or Mexican they refused to help me.
