I consider Spectrum to be a first-class company. This store is the bad exception due to one bad and lazy employee, the 50-something guy with the mustache. I went in a few days ago to inquire about my account and he said I should call customer service and he couldn't look up my account. I called customer service and they told me that I could have gotten that information in the store and that were sorry about the bad service that I had received. Today I went in to return my modem and he took the power cord and told me to go to the UPS store to return the modem and that he couldn't accept the return. I've never had any problems at any other Spectrum store with any other Spectrum employee. I still recommend Spectrum highly but not this store with this employee.

Don’t come to this store to return the equipments. They’re extremely slow. I don’t know but maybe in purpose. UPS locations are better choices to return equipments.

Signed in at door and someone walked up to the counter in front of me. They took the person who didn’t sign in first. Why bother signing in at this facility.

Had to go twice to return equipment, first time inly a manager could help me. Second time Manager was busy and had to pay a whole month because I came in the day after the billing cycle. Curt and not helpful explaining.
So people wonder why everyone is cutting the cord?

The only reason why I give this view one star is because there's a very nice lady in here with curly hair and I'm sorry I forgot her name but she was very helpful after Was completely ripped off by another employee at the store he convinced me to pay off my iPhone and then he insisted on logging me out Of anything That I could use to protect my device from being stolen which it was at this store because I chose to switch to spectrum from T-Mobile he insisted that I paid my iPhone 15 pro off and trade it in When I switch to the upgrade anytime plan which this makes no sense that's the reason why it's an upgrade anytime plan you don't need to have the device paid down any certain amount you pay extra to be on this plan and it's the only advantage that it offers but this boy that worked the store who has long Blonde hair and Pretends to be very helpful and knowledgeable about their system yet he's very sneaky the way that he Tricked me into basically giving my iPhone to him because when I came back later and wanted to exchange it for a different device because I did not like the device I was given and you have 14 days to do an exchange or return and the phone is supposed to still be in the store in case you want to return it and get your device back but they had no record of my device and there was no reason for them to because the plan that he put me on made no sense for me to pay It off and then give it to them to get on the upgrade anytime plan basically he took my iPhone 15 pro and there was no record of it in the store

Absolutely amazing service. Perry was extremely personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Pleasure working with her.
A wonderful experience was had when, frankly, I was dreading stopping in to sync a 2nd phone and line.

This company controls all the internet providers. If you have service with them then you are stack. You can not change. They are horrible. Prices are high and poor service.
They do anything they want because you have no other choice but them.
I HATE SPECTRUM!!!!!

Went in on Saturday and thought we might have to wait, very surprised to helped right away by Vianey B. He was the most knowledgeable and helpful person. He knew exactly what we needed and went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied. The store should reward a employee of his caliber and knowledge about there services.

waited over 20 minutes to try and return my device. finally after a while they told me I was next but then they completely ignored me and served another person. went to UPS nearby and they took my device no problem, all under two minutes
