There's nothing like walking in to a friendly neighborhood nutrition store and leaving knowing you have somewhere to go to get your questions answered whether you are trying to reach your optimum health or your kids need help from someone bedsides Mom! You have come to the right place. My son has made changes from merely ordering a delicious peanut butter chocolate nutrient dense protein shake and listening to Ryan and his 25 years of knowledge and experience. Ryan carries some amazing tasting protein powders, bars, snacks, and supplements. My favorite is stopping by after a workout or errands and sipping on a tropical delight protein shake and listening to all Ryan has to share! He is very passionate about nutrition and sports and has a family and kids that he can share and relate with his own personal experiences. Stop by and say hello you will be so happy that you did!

My sons favorite spot for a protein Açai bowl topped with granola, bananas, strawberries, coconut and blueberries. Great customer service. Used to eat at Bonzai Bowls (also on 17th street) but was told several times by customers and friends the owner is rude.

This place is Awesome!!!! Super friendly staff. I am from out of town and stopped by their store for a visit. Wound up getting a protein shake and am absolutely blown away by how good it was. Get the Nutty Butter.

Ryan and his wife run an awesome nutrition store. Not only are they do they provide insightful knowledge on the products they sell, they are responsible in the way they sell it. A lot of nutrition shops look at customers as a dollar sign and will oversell products that have no benefit but not this one. They work with you to identify your goals and provide the best products that will help you get there and offer them at a variety of price points for different budgets. On top of the fitness related products they also have a wide selection of different snack bars, quick breakfast options that can be kept in the cupboard for emergencies and different energy drinks, sport drinks, and recovery drinks that can be bought individually or by the case. If all of that wasn't enough then also run a full juice bar where you can get different smoothies, protein shakes, and açaí bowls made in front of you with quality ingredients. Definitely check them out as the products they carry are awesome.

Love coming into this shop. There's such a great selection of products and the prices are unbeatable. The shakes here are also a solid switch when I'm in a rush and can't grab lunch, or when I'm on the way to a workout. Ryan is so knowledgeable. I don't ever feel weird asking questions - knowing the staff here will recommend the right supplements and nutrition info for the goals I'm trying to achieve. HIGHLY recommend stopping by here. It's tucked away in a cute part of Costa Mesa, has good parking, and is worth the glance around.

I was looking for some good old creatine and every store I went had none. I found this spot on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and made everything clear for me to understand. I am new to taking sports supplements and he definitely led me in the right direction. He helped me pick out a good brand of creatine and told me about why I have had to go on a wild goose chase to find creatine. Apparently there's a shortage right now. Well, there's no shortage here!! The prices are right and they do not try to upsell you. Stop by for your sport nutrition needs or try out their protein shake bar...
