A top-notch product line like this should have top notch sales people. If you are literally just going to ring up my order, put your tip jar away. If you are going to lend your expertise and guide me into my best purchase based on current sales the store is having, then you should be tending. Very impersonal first-time visit. Maybe listen to your client. Thank God the product holds up.

Unfortunately I was wrongly sold a defective pod. When I went to return the pod the next day I was told the pod is not“defective enough”.After the employees ran away to the back of the shop where I can only assume they hit the Stiiizy pen itself, I was told there is nothing that can be done“because of policy”.Retrain your staff.DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS!THEY WILL SELL YOU DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS!VERY INCONSISTENT!

I want to start out by mentioning this is not the first review I have left for stiiizy. I have left multiple reviews on weedmaps over the years, the name should be Nathaniel Knoll or Nateno80, something like that. I also recently left a review on google maps I believe.In the past, I had complained about cracked pods. I swear, it was like 1 in 5 pods had a crack. You guys fixed that. That is good business. Unfortunately, there are a handful of quality assurance issues that have popped up in the past year.Before I get into the details, I also want to mention the budtender Alma from costa mesa who was very nice and efficient, and I told her I would mention her in a review because I was unable to leave a cash tip. Shes a good budtender. Give her a raise. I have also dealt with the manager at the costa mesa store named Josh a few times (big curly hair) and he was able to resolve any issues I had. I had to return a handful of pods because of bad flavor and he is understanding. I think it is weird that the pod I purchased is taken away from where I can see it to be tested.About 9 months ago now, my favorite flavor changed. Birthday cake used to give the throat punch I am looking for and had a strong OG taste. Months ago, it was bad several times in a row and I stopped buying that flavor. The taste was off, it tasted gross and it didnt hit like how I remember. I have bought hundreds of that pod. I dont know if the formulation changed, but change it back. Please.My second favorite flavor, the king loius, also had an issue recently. Infact, the issue seems to be with the entire indica line of products. One time I purchased king louis, it tasted absolutely disgusting. It literally was making me gag. The flavor? Burned jalapenos. I bought a second pod of king loius on word of the budtender saying that the burned jalapeno flavor was resolved, and is absolutely was not. Incredibly disgusting. I prefer indica flavors, and they all seem to be infected with the burned jalapenos. Check my costa mesa buying history and youll see a stark switch from mostly all indicas and some hybrids to mostly all sativas. That is because of the burned jalapenos quality assurance issue. Those products need to be taken off of the shelf because they are giving you a bad name. Get your expert weed smoking sommelier to test all of your OG pods so that the flavor is what it is supposed to be, like how they tasted and hit when they were first released. There are more issues. The costa mesa store is VERY hard to get on the phone. I have never had anybody answer the phone on the first call. The voicemail is also full. A few weeks ago, I lost my card in the store. I had to serial call the store for somebody to answer, and they said they would look for my card and call me back if they found it. I never got a call back. Weeks later, when I go back to buy more pods I ask about the card. Guess what? They found it. Why nobody called me back, I do not know. That was a major inconvenience that could have been avoided if the employees at the store dont stay away from the phone like its the plague. There are more issues. Today, I tried to place an order to be delivered. The first responder deal and the saturday stack deal are not offered. I am being charged close to 200 dollars when if I go to the store, it is around 120. That needs to be fixed. So I decided I would try and order to pick up in store. Guess what? The deals do not work. It looks like it again wants to charge me around 200 dollars. The manager at the store (after calling a few times I got him on the phone) says that the order is just rang up when you get to the store and it is mainly used to reserve exclusive pods that might be low on stock. Lol. Fail.I also feel like the stores computer systems need to talk to each other and recognize me as the same customer. I understand that discounts I have earned cant be shared from city to city because of some weird laws, but genuinely, I am tired of explaining who I am when I call a stiiizy store. I have spent more than 20k on stiiizy pods. You guys should know who I am

Fast and easy. They're friendly and the products are good. Just make sure you bring cash since they don't take credit. Place is big and they have plenty of products to look at.

I have had a disposable pen blink within 3 days and it leaked and I wasn’t able to get a refund claiming it was smoked but it never worke well. I feel played stay away from Stiizy defective dispose and bad customer service. I will never go back

Best place to get out the door pricing. Everybody else says one price online then it's always more. Everything is included in the posted price! If it says 40 online that's what it is Not 47.50 or whatever extra everyone else charges. I never feel like I'm being ripped off at STIIIZY plus there brand is the best on the market for it's price points ??

I have had two disposable pens blink within two days and one leaked and I trashed it wasn’t able to get a refund claiming it was smoked but it never worked from the first day I got it I let it go to first time it happened to me, but how could it happen twice? Save your money stick to regular vapes now I’m loosing twice and feel played stay away from ASND defective dispose

First time visiting the Costa Mesa location. I’ve only been to the DTLA location. Received a 25% off FTP & they had a fall deal which I took advantage of All grey bag stiiizy flower 2/$32 dollars that’s a good deal, $19 on black bag stiiizy flower & 2 .5 half pods. My total came out to $87 dollars . I was happy with my purchase .

Absolutely love this place! We go a few times a week. Everyone is still so kind and helpful. They have so many choices we're able to try something new every time we go. Their deal are phenomenal! I still 10/10 recommend if you're looking for somewhere new to go.
