I visited my new Supercuts in Costa Mesa on Harbor and Baker. Met a wonderful hair stylist named Thuy (Twee). She did a great job cutting my hair and most importantly my wife loves it. See you soon again Thuy and thank you.

I called in early and arrived on time just to have the guy who was standing at the door texting till I walk up and then he cuts in front of me then he got to go first even though he was a walk in with no reservations and I was skipped. So no tip for you guys and I have a subscription from 8 years ago so I only pay $15.99 a month. So now you need to blame the girl that greets for no $10 tip as she knew I always give. That’s in the past and next time I’m asking for her and I am going to be nothing but picky. Blame the absurdity of the insult for no future tips. Done.

I recently visited Supercuts for what I hoped would be a simple haircut, but my experience was nothing short of terrible. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. I was made to wait far beyond my appointment time, with no communication or apologies from the staff.
The stylist seemed rushed and inattentive. I had to repeatedly explain how I wanted my hair cut, and even then, the end result was far from what I had requested. The cut was uneven, and my hair was left looking choppy and unfinished. It was clear that little care or attention to detail was given.
To make matters worse, the tools they used didn’t seem properly sanitized, which made me uncomfortable. The overall hygiene of the place was questionable at best.
I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality haircut or a pleasant experience. Save your time and money, and go somewhere where they actually care about their customers.
The parking for this location is also crappy. If I could give negative stars I would.

Let me tell you. Lisa and I decided not to dry my hair and see how it comes out. It dried perfectly. Very french, very Audrey Tautou - the actress in the inspiration photo that I brought. That's the sign of a really great cut! I'll definitely be back.
Requested style: Looking for Audrey Tautou's french medium short curly with side swept bang. I have very curly hair, gets frizzy (Lisa applied lotion), with lots of cowlicks.
Hair type: Curly, a little bit of frizz and with lots of cowlicks.
Stylist: Lisa is phenomenal. Understood exactly what I was asking for. We decided not to dry it and to see what happens and it airdried into exactly how I wanted it.
