Type of care, care quality and office experience are all within indisputable and truly a disappoint to the fitness industry as a whole. The owner had sent me a random, baseless and accusatory email regarding my said "behaviors" but neglected to elaborate. Discrimination is the unjust treatment to a specific group and or individual. Then decided it was appropriate to blow up my phone with back to back phone calls when I never permitted that form or communication, which would've been fine if we discussed a scheduled time slot that I was available. I only feel obligated to share this further due to professionals hearing my experience and suggesting action or at the minimum providing this information to the public is within my rights and due diligence as a moral and ethical based fitness professional myself. I rate this business a zero and believe the studio is in need of replacing the man who has quite the reputation outside of the studio regarding behaviors that align with my experience

After my previous gym closed, I tested out so many other gyms in my area before finally getting a full membership at the 12. The workouts are fun and you get a full hour of workout time. The coaches are all amazing, but due to my work schedule, I probably have the most classes with Coach Diggy. She is incredibly friendly and motivating and will challenge you to really push yourself past your own mental limits. She incorporates activities in between stations so you can really maximize your workout. The team finishers are always fun because you get to know other 12 members. There truly is a team spirit here, and everyone is welcoming. They have a variety of equipment and the timing changes. You can also go at your own pace, so these classes are designed for all skill levels. I'm so grateful for this community and the coaches here. Definitely recommend!!

This venue prioritizes the coach's attention towards DJ rather than form correction. If you're comfortable with a potentially increased risk of injuries, this might align with your preferences.The combination of kettlebell swings, burpees, and deadlifts in a single workout is deemed a recipe for injury. Those inclined towards a slow and deliberate approach to isolate specific muscle groups for optimal muscle building might find this establishment less suitable.Opting to return to Innovative Results, located three miles away, could be a prudent choice. Innovative Results classes accommodate a maximum of seven participants, ensuring a personalized experience. Coaches at Innovative Results actively modify exercises as needed and consistently refine form correction to minimize injury risks, demonstrating a commitment to participant well-being.

We stumbled upon this place with their 1st class free (you can book through mindbody)! They offer a $99 one month unlimited trial so we signed up for it. The place is spacious compared to other workout studios I've been to in the area. The format is mainly 5 stations with an A & B exercise. You can start at any of the 5 stations & you'll do sets of the A workout followed by the B workout or vice versa. Monday/Wednesday is upper body Tuesday is lower body Thursday is glutes and abs Friday through the weekend is full body (this location isn't open Sunday so you'll have to hit up their other location) We've been going to the evening classes which are taught by Meghan. Who I'd say is one of our favorite instructors (we've been to two other instructor's classes). She's good with explaining and keeping time. She's also a good balance of being a cheerleader/"woo girl" or coming over when you're butchering the exercise! Be prepared to say hello & give your workout buddies high fives!

Hmm interesting gym/group workout class. Walked in and the girl at the front check in didn't even greet or acknowledge me. I had to flounder then ask to join the class. She proceeded to ask for my name then check me in and continue to provide absolutely no value. I paused hoping she would actually offer to help or question the confusion. I stated that it was my first time here and if she could kindly point me to where the class was (it's behind some double doors) rocky start NBD. Unfortunately, this apathy continued with the instructor ... very LOW energy, not engaging, etc. was the most low energy environment I've ever experienced in a group workout session. If you like that sort of non motivating, apathetic environment then maybe try this place. Hard pass for me. Bizarre

One of the best box gyms I have been to. The workouts are challenging and efficient. The workout is also structured in a way that it hits most muscle groups. There is a good sense of community. The instructors are great as well. They provide towels. This gym is great for weight loss but not great for bulking. It's heavy on cardio and high rep weight lifting.

I've been going to The 12 once a week for a few months and absolutely love it! The workouts are intense but the hour goes by so quickly because it's so much fun. Nichole is awesome and so is Diggy! I love the variety and the positive atmosphere. Even going once a week I've noticed weight loss and, more importantly, I feel stronger. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I started coming this summer and I truly have felt and seen so much improvement in such a small amount of time. My favorite part about the 12 has been taking Nichole's class! Since day 1, she remembered my name, has always been helpful with form and making me feel comfortable with exercises that can be very challenging. Her energy in the mornings at 7:40 is what I look forward to. I love her jokes and her stories, and the motivation that she gives to every class she teaches! Thankful to have found Nichole and the 12

I have been a member of the 12 for more than two years now, taking Nichole’s 6:15 am class.I love the variety of workouts the classes provide to keep things interesting and challenging.The best part about the 12 is Nichole- you really don’t come across fitness trainers like her, not to mention human beings like her. She’s relatable, real and never runs out of things to say. Nichole is an expert trainer, killer DJ with good variety and a fun person to start your day with. She’s positive, playful and extremely thorough. You can tell she loves her job, the gym and the people she trains. From novice to advanced, every person that walks into her class is treated with the same amount of respect, attention and compassion.I am grateful to have found her and the 12- take her class asap!

I love the 12!! I was looking for a gym that would push me to new limits with my fitness- I found it here at the 12! It is such a great community and the trainers are the best! Shout out to Nichole for the early morning workouts and always having so much energy for her classes. She is always uplifting, knows everyone personally , and makes working out early fun but also challenging!

Great class! She is always motivating us.. just when you want to quit she keeps you going for “you “…. You feel like a rock star when you leave her class. Always great for a fun fact or tip for the day .. today she took some extra time to get the kinks out on foam rollers and it was amazing and much needed! That’s for always motivating us and reminding us we can do it and we will!

I’ve been a consistent member of the 12 for a few years, this gym helped me gain a better sense of dedication, hard work, drive and most of all community! 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking into joining a group training facility :)
