Went to the Costa Mesa location and the male worker at the front of the Tiffany's store was rude. Apparently the cafe has "been closed since October" even though there's been reviews as recent as a month ago. Like ???? The man also said in a demeaning tone "and once they reopen it'll just be champagne and caviar so idk if you'll be interested". R U D E. I don't know his name but he is exceptionally tall skinny middle aged white male. I wish I could out his name in this review. I WILL be back for the champagne and caviar thank you sir. Hopefully without running into you.

I love anything and everything Tiffany (see name ;)) and LOVED the Tiffany's Blue Box Cafe in New York, so I was really excited to hear that one was opening in California! In terms of the space itself, it's less upscale than the New York location, but it still has the cute Tiffany blue aesthetic and charm. I went during the Cha Cha Matcha collab and I loved how they created a special menu with food/drink items that blended both places together. I'm a s***** for presentation and I thought they did a great job making everything look clean and glam- especially the Cha Cha Matcha/Tiffany blue ombre cups! As for the food/drinks- I enjoyed my hot matcha latte. The donut holes, on the other hand, were lackluster. They were cold and a little oily. We went in the late afternoon, so perhaps the pastries were more fresh in the morning. IMO Blue Box Cafe is a great spot to grab some drinks and soak in IG-worthy treats and decor. The food is average at best so I would pass if you're looking for a hefty, full-service meal.

This review is for the food/drink. Came here on a Wednesday afternoon and I ordered the only items they had left for the day- purple drink and soft serve. The drink is by far the worst drink I've ever had. It tasted like pure lavender essential oil. I felt bad for throwing it after a few sip. The 2 ladies working were nice and attentive. I just wish they had more items in their menu. Anyway, I will go back once the Blue Box Cafe open for full service.

After seeing a ton of Instagram ads, I had such high expectations for this place! The pictures looked beautiful and glamorous, but was disappointed with the limited menu [LOCATION] This cafe is located inside Tiffany and Co (newly moved near the carousel) and the shop is 1/4 the size of the previous Tiffany and Co [MENU] (see picture) There's only 1 food item - avocado toast and assorted pastries were sold out for the day (I arrived at 1 PM on a friday). They had many different drink options and all included matcha [STAFF / CLEANLINESS] Super friendly staff and all tables were clean [FOOD] Avocado Toast (2/5) - Nothing special here. Toast was a bit soft, avocado only really had lime, salt and some pepper flakes. $10 Matcha lemonade (4/5) - Super refreshing and exactly what you would expect (matcha poured into lemonade) $5.50 It was a charming theme and a great spot for pictures. I would come again to try the pastries, but seems hard to get if they were already sold out on a Friday at 1 PM

The little cafe is every girl's dream comes true. The Tiffany blue and the signature silver tables. I stopped by to get some matcha since they were having a pop up with the cha cha matcha (I believe they base in LA, Venice beach to be exact). They have limited items on the menu including some light bites think about avo toasts. I ordered the blue drink since I could not resist the beautiful color to match the wall. I was a little worried about how it tasted like since matcha has a pretty define flavor and adding collagen and lavender...it's an odd and interesting combo! Surprisingly, it was good! It's very light and refreshing! Better than I thought!!! The cafe is not big, they have about 8-10 tables inside. And the location is easy to find right next to the new Tiffany location (the old Tiffany location next to Nordstrom is going to be taken over by hermes); if you park at Macy's (girl session), it will be the closest to the cafe.

Not a fan. I thought this place serves afternoon tea sets (shown in the photos), however they just sell drinks & soft serve ice cream. I asked the two girls in the front and they were clueless. I guess the tea set was from an event they had months prior. My group and I ordered the matcha, blue drink and purple drink. The drinks ranges from $6- $10. I ordered the blue drink which came with your choice of milk, blue algae, collagen, and honey lavender. My friend and I did not like our blue drinks at all, the blue drink just tasted straight up oat milk with lavender essential oil. For $10.25 it was definitely disappointing. I felt bad for asking her to remake our drinks but for $20, it seems justified. We ended up getting the purple drink, it tasted like sweet milk. The cafe is located in the back of Tiffany's jewelry store. The tables were pretty dirty because there was dry milk rings on the surface (see my photo for reference). If you like fancy milk, I recommend coming here.

Visited Blue Box Cafe by Tiffany and Co for their Cha Cha Matcha pop up event. It's up until the end of October. It's a chic and aesthetically pleasing cafe. Definitely picture worthy! We got the matcha latte ($5.50), purple drink with matcha ($7.50), and soft serve ($5). My favorite was their purple drink: CBD, lavender, and milk. The matcha shot gave it a pretty ombre color and the lavender made the drink sweet. However, their matcha latte and matcha soft serve wasn't that great. Their matcha latte was watered down. Didn't taste like matcha and wasn't sweet. The matcha soft serve had no flavor. We originally ordered their matcha and lavender soft serve but they ran out. One of the girls were suppose to check in the back and let us know if they had more, but she never came back. It's a trendy place to visit but make sure to come early since lines do get long and they do run out of pasties. It's a nice pop up with cute drinks to check out for the experience. But if you're looking for quality drinks, this place might not be for you. Likes most reviews say, pretty cafe but drinks are not the best.

Contrary to popular opinion, my friend & I actually enjoyed this beautiful pop up cafe (for the most part)! We came here around noon on Monday & were ahead of the line. Our wait was about 10 minutes, which didn't really make sense to us at first considering there were so many tables open. Then, we realized that there was only 1 man behind the coffee bar & 1 lady serving the pastries in the back. Due to this, service wasn't necessarily the best. They didn't ask for a name for orders so everyone was just guessing and picking up coffee/food from the counter which I don't think is sanitary at this point in time. They even almost gave our order of donut holes (which happened to be the last batch supposedly) to a group that came way after us & made us all figure it out ourselves. Thank goodness this whole encounter was a pleasant and understanding one because it definitely could've taken a turn for the worse lol For our orders, we both opted for matcha chai & donut holes filled with custard. Their matcha chai had a strong, well balanced taste of both flavors & their donut holes were enjoyable, as well. Prices for the drinks were about $6.50 & donut holes were $5 for 3. You're pretty much paying for the ambience but I think it's worth it for the picturesque decor, drink quality, and fancy time with your girls!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This place is horrendous. The service and drinks are beyond awful. I ordered the "Blue Drink" and was told it would taste like fruity pebbles by the worker. It literally tastes like pure oat milk. It has zero taste. The guy working said it would be sweet. I went up and asked if he could add something to fix it and was told no. I even tipped 20%. For $13 the drink should at least be drinkable. If not, make something new. The only plus is that the room is pretty. Huge waste, service was horrible. Every other cafe I've been to, they at least remake a drink if you're not happy with it. The group we were with ordered a bunch of other drinks and they were all terrible. Not a single thing was good, except the bathroom.

I'm not sure what I was expecting but I certainly didn't think it would be this bad. I usually don't like to write bad reviews because I know running a business is a lot of work and there can be off-days and many things to consider but what we saw today was just careless service and poor sanitary measures. I came here with two of my girlfriends today (Sunday) at around 12:45pm to check out the Blue Box Cafe pop-up collab with Cha Cha Matcha at South Coast Plaza. We found the short line of only a group of three in front of us and were approached by a gentleman in a suit who informed us that there are no reservations and it would be approximately 10 minute wait and once we were able to enter, we could choose to sit at any available table on a first come, first serve basis. He comes back with a menu but lets us know that unfortunately there is no food left and only drinks available. We were a bit disappointed considering it was still pretty early in the day, but decided to stay and make the best of it. Once we walked inside, a girl at the pay counter told us we could place our order there. My friend orders a Blue Drink and when asked what type of milk she wanted, my friend responds "whole milk" and the employee says "Oh we don't have that." So my friend says, "Can I have the skim milk instead?" Employee says, "We don't have that either. We only have the alternative milk choices left." Okay, so my friend asks for the "macadamia milk" and yep you guessed it, employee says "Oh we ran out of that too." Like geez if you guys ran out of that much stuff, why don't you save everyone's time and let us know FROM THE BEGINNING what choices we have left instead of making your patrons GUESS what is in stock for us to order?! After all that, I was able to place my order but she tells us the total for the two drinks and completely ignores our third friend and walks away. We just paid for our two drinks and stood there waiting for her to come back to take one more order and she asks "Oh did you guys still need anything else?" Um yes... Once we paid for all our drinks, we looked for an empty table but I guess the employees' job description does not include maintaining a clean environment for their guests because all the tables had cup ring stains all over the tops and used napkins and straw wrappers strewn about. (I have attached some screenshots from a video we took below). I watched as the tables remained dirty for every new group of patrons that walked in and their facial reactions said it all. It was just a really embarrassing look for Tiffany & Co considering I've been to fast-food restaurants that have far superior upkeep. One customer accidentally spilled her drink and asked the employee at the counter for help to clean it up and I wasn't able to catch her exact reply but the customer responded with "Oh..okay, I'm sorry!" and walked away with no assistance. The girl at the counter looked like she could care less if the room were on fire. So the customer sat quietly at her wet table with a big puddle across the floor for at least a good five minutes until a different employee finally noticed the mess and offered to help her clean it up. Honestly, the first employee that was notified should have put some towels down at the very least as it's a trip hazard (it was near the restroom that most of the patrons were accessing). The place wasn't even packed yet the service was not attentive in the slightest. My group and a few other tables were also confused as to how we would receive our drinks. They don't ask for your name so there's no way they can call out your order. They also don't bring your order to your table so if you can imagine, there are a lot of customers all watching the counter and asking periodically if and which drink is theirs and the employees have to sift through and ask the customer to repeat their exact order to find their drink amongst all the other cups on

This cafe is located inside of Tiffany & Co store located on level one-between Macy's and the carousel. There's not much of a line but they do make you wait outside until it's your turn to order. We got the soft serve-blue and matcha flavor mixed, blue drink, and matcha lemonade. The soft serve was alright, quite refreshing. The drinks, however, was a huge disappointment. It had no flavor, can't even taste the matcha at all. Also, for the blue drink, tasted like run down cinnamon mix with something.. The ambiance is to impress but definitely not coming back-maybe to try their pastries as it looks enticing in those Yelp images but drinks, pass.
