This best thing I can say, is these guys are absolutely horrible. I was referred by AppleCare to have my laptop repaired. They were nice enough when I went in, ran diagnostics, but couldn't find the error. I ran it prior on my own and was able to duplicate the error, but took him at his word unfortunately. They ordered the parts for the follow week. After leaving, I ran the diagnostics (as googled on the apple site) and was able to duplicate the error again.I figured they knew what they were talking about, so I let it play out. We picked it up yesterday and were told the computer passed diagnostics. I got it home and it failed the Apple diagnostics that I ran again with the same error. I called to ask and was told the computer passed and if it works the error doesnt matter, but he would look it up and get back with me. When I got home about an hour later, my computer locked up again with the same error as prior, so I called them and informed them.Unfortunately, I was greeted with excuses that it had passed, continual interruptions, told the computer would need to be sent back to Apple, and told I have AppleCare. I told him I know I have AppleCare as they were the ones who referred me. I asked him if I needed to call AppleCare, his response "I'm not telling you what to do." What? Seriously? I told him I didnt understand why he was giving me attitude, as I was asking what to do about it. He said that wasn't his intent and he was sorry if that's how he came across. Well, it was, but giving it one more try, I asked if I needed to call AppleCare or could just bring it back in. He stated, "Call AppleCare" to which I replied, "I will call them" and he immediately hung-up.First, It seems odd to me that I can duplicate the error literally every single time using the Apple diagnostics program, yet the experts here cannot. I understand things happen, but the level of arrogance here, reluctance to back the work, and willingness to actually solve the problem are completely lacking, along with the attitude to go with it.My recommendation, if given the chance go direct to an Apple Store and don't waste your time and efforts with a 2nd hand operation that clearly couldn't care less about customer service.

Mike is not "warm and fuzzy," and that is a good thing because he gets to the point right away. I brought my MacBook Air that I purchased last night and couldn't boot up. Not only was it fixed within two hours, but Mike took the time to explain to me why it happened and how to avoid it. I really appreciated him.

Always have and continue to have a great experience here. These guys are honest professionals with quick turnaround. I brought in my 2021 MacBook Pro after the keyboard failed on me, they knew right away they had to replace the whole top case, gave me an accurate quote breakdown on parts and labor within 5 minutes. Took some extra time to get the part (Seems to be the current state of the world). When I called to check-in they expedited the part and now I have half a new MacBook Pro. Will definitely continue to return to this great family owned local business!

Very straight forward, and bluntly honest. Couldn't get an appointment with Apple Store. Came in with a broken screen and bent corner on my laptop. They gave me an honest quote, and helped me make a decision on repairing my current laptop, or buying a new laptop. With their advice, I went with the repair and I'm glad I did.Looks like I have a brand new laptop! Quick turnaround time (brought it in Wednesday, got it back Friday) and easy transaction.Thanks, Mac Guys!

Cracked my laptop screen and took it to the Mac Guys. I had forgotten that I a warranty. They found the record, got the job done fast and right and reasonable. Definitely a local business worth supporting.

I'd been coming here forever but took a break for several years after other Mac repair shops opened closer to home around Huntington Beach. After trying two of them a couple times each, with miserable and frustrating results, I recently went back to the Mac Guys. They are simply fantastic and I was reminded today yet again with unmatched service and pricing.

I do not know surely how these people are in person, but I surely know that attending to customers over the phone and /or email is not their thing, so this review is addressed based on phone and/or email attending. The person that picked up the phone was so cold and left me on hold and never came back, I sent an email last week asking for an estimate for my company, and they never replied. Hopefully, they can fix this little detail and create this path of customer service a little bit better. We happily pay as customers for having a smile and an efficient person that solve problems on the other side of the line complementing the service in person.

MAC GUYS ROCK! always heard great things so tried them instead of apple store. keyboard replaced on beloved old mac in a few days, no sweat, reasonable price, good advice thrown in for free. i'll be back!

I really appreciate that they were able to correctly diagnose the problem with my MacBook Pro after my cat nibbled on the corner of the screen and caused it to crash. The Apple Genius Bar said it needed an internal component but it really needed the screen replaced and then it was back to normal. Apple store misdiagnosed and would have resulted in unnecessary expense so I am grateful to the Mac Guys and would certainly use them again
