I asked for a refund on November 8, it's now November 22nd, took them 3 weeks to get a refund for an item and I still haven't received it. Katy says she will "ask her manager" to issue a refund for an item I never received when was supposed to be mailed to me via online order, but she never did, I had to ask her three times and call the store to check and then she finally sends me a picture of a refund, didn't even bother to send me the price and details so that I can confirm it, until I pressed her about it. Very unprofessional. And I'm still waiting for the damn refund. This is ridiculous. The items they sell are fine, and expensive, you would think they'll treat customers with respect knowing it's a luxury store. But the staff is horrible. If you're not buying a huge item, they won't give you the time of day to even help with a simple transaction like a refund for an item that never got successfully mailed to me. You will have to chase them and hound them till they do. Most upsetting experience ever

So Sunday afternoon my adult children went to go shopping here, they had a bunch of items they were going to buy. But they weren’t allowed in the store because the big door monitor wouldn’t let them in. I WOULD NEVERSHOP HERE! How rude!!!!

I had a very interesting experience in this store. One thing I noticed right off the bat is the representative's in the store are very rude and aggressive. I walked in with some gym attire on, and I wasn't greeted because I didn't "look wealthy". I did purchase a couple things, and spent over 3,500 in the store. One 1,500 accessory item fell fell apart after using for week.... I called to explain. They pretty much told me good luck and deal with it. Moral of the story just go to the actual boutique store of the brand. This store marks everything up 20-30%, and doesn't care about customer service. They make their money on over priced items, and makes sense why they get no repeat customers. Ultimately, stay away from this store. It's unfortunate because they do carry some great items. If only their company core values had their customers in mind, it would be a great store. Good luck!

I gotta say, I was excited and also confused for a moment when I first browsed here. I thought this was a SECOND hand store! Why? Because I saw only one quantity of each item on display AND also bc some of the sweaters I first Checked out looked USED due to the material piling . Cool concept of a store though.

I only came into this store because Instagram ads kept popping up on my feed. The greeter was pleasant and explained the layout of the store and the store smelled like sugar and leather. I don't usually notice smells in a store but this scent was as potent as Diptyque. I'm not really a fan of this store only because the organization of clothes is terrible. It is neither organized by brand nor is it organized by item type so it was a bit confusing looking through the racks. I ended up buying one item only because it was on sale. Otherwise, I probably would not return to this store to make future purchases because of the poor organization of the store, lacking and unprofessional customer service (the service is okay but if you're going to spend a freaking $1000 on hoodie just go to the fashion house's store will probably provide better service and the employees at the Webster do not have a uniform so it's difficult to quickly find help, and checkout process was exceedingly slow) After reading other reviews, I also think that the obvious racial profiling is unacceptable. I believe when a singular SA snubs or is more observant of a customer because of their appearance is common in retail and sadly acceptable. However, obviously gossiping amongst coworkers and invading a customer's personal space is a big no no! I'm giving this store 1 star because of the positive experience I had (I'm Asian), 1 because I got an item at 50%, and 1 star because I like the concept of the store. Minus 1 for the terrible experiences of other shoppers and another -1 for poor organization considering that there is so little in the store compared to a department store which can manage effective organization of its inventory. This store is very openly racist, as mentioned by former reviewers. Me and my boyfriend are both people of color, just not Asian like most of the store's clientele and clerks. I am Mexican and he is Middle Eastern. We were greeted by one of the sales associates, who instantly proceeded to follow us. She didn't even make herself inconspicuous. She was basically breathing down our necks, asking us if we needed her to open the case while the other Asian customers already in the store and walking around the store were touching everything and trying things on as they pleased. Plus, there was another sales associate in the back of the store where we were, and the sales associate that was following us instantly went to go whisper to them about us. So obvious. It made us super uncomfortable, and it's not like this store has much to boast about to begin with. The layout is sloppy and unorganized, the selection is weak, and my boyfriend and I agreed that the store smells like crap. I don't know if it was just a bad day or something, but the ventilation in there is either really poor or it just freaking reeks. Smells musky and weird, we didn't have that issue with any other store in the mall so it's just weird. This store needs to hire people that aren't racist snobs who assume all brown/black people are poor thugs who need to steal to be able to get luxury items. That's the vibe I get from reading all the reviews before me. Not a good look and we definitely had money to spend here.
